Tracey Mock and his wife, Tanya Mock, had me sign a contract in early July to repair roof and other hail damage. To get on their "schedule", I paid them $10, 000 down. They said they wouldn't do the roof in the heat, but the heat has been under 100 for nearly 60 day. As of today, they have been no-shows on 3 different start dates and have not responded to questions from me or my insurance company. I sent them a certified letter saying they were in default as of yesterday. Now, they won't return calls as to refunding my money. This company is a total scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Are you kidding me? This issue was closed out in 2009. This is absolute ###!
My name is Glenn, I loaned Tracy Mock $10K in Iraq to assist him with his business in 2009. Tracy and his wife stopped communicating with me in late 2009 and to this day are non-responsive and non-communicative. The last entry here suggesting that direct contact is an option has not worked for me in 4 years. I find it interesting that everyone feels the need to add their two cents to this while hiding behind the alias of a user name. As everyone in this conversation is aware, Tracey owns a company and stands 100% accountable for it's actions. The situation surrounding this topic is unfortunate for all parties and has been in the process of being rectified for sometime now. However, these things are sometimes time consumimg. For those that feel the need to comment, you are more than welcome to contact us directly.
That's plus a fine and reparations to the victim and 120 hours community service...monthly reporting, Anti Theft Programme attendance, drug testing etc...are you serious how stupid all for a hand full of dollars...why didn't you guys just do the job as contracted or the pay the money...not very smart.
Well all this seems to be true...5 years deferred probation...if they stay clean no problem no conviction listed against their name or they screw up...min 2 years in lock down...bad juju Tracey not a good look.

It's September, the morning is foggy and I am in total shock. I just happened upon all this 'mess' this lady and her 2nd husband have created in the communities in which they live. Again, I am in shock as I was her first husband in the early 90's. All I can say is that this is sad. I am horrified in learning of these terrible things. There was a time when she was just another young girl looking forward to the prom. Maybe it's a good thing my marriage didn't work out. A blessing in disguise if you will. To everyone that has fallen victim to their scams or whatever is going on, my deepest apologies for the loss you have all endured. I can only hope that she does the right thing and tries to make things right. After reading these posts and seeing her mug shot, I feel it is my duty to at least offer my sincere apologies.
Tanya, how many businesses have you "crashed"? I understand from others that Rocket's Rest is only one of many business names you have used. And I am only one of many victims. I am going to continue posting to keep this complaint at the top of the search engines so anyone you try to swindle will be able to find out that you and your husband, Tracey Mock, are both con artists, not "good people" as you state. Of course, the Dallas County judicial system will be making the decision, not me. As to what you "really feel", who cares? You are a liar, cheat, and con artist. All I care about is getting my money back. I have had the work on my house completed by a reputable company and paid for it out of my own pocket since you stole the insurance money. When you give me my money back, I will stop these posts.
Thank you Barbara for keeping everyone posted. Hopefully those interested will stay tuned until the cases are settled. We are not bad people and I'm tired of you portraying us as such...our business crashed and we had a hell of time getting back on our feet and going in the direction to make things right. It's very unfortunate that things went the way they did before it was/is resolved, but that's ok. It WILL be resolved. And if you sleep better at night by continuing to post our companies financial hardships that are being presented as personal on the web, then so be it. After this post, I'm done. It is what it is and it's being rectified. And once it IS rectified, then I'll have the choice as to whether or not to tell you along with the world how I really feel...
Both Tanya and Tracey Mock have been indicted by the grand jury in Dallas County, TX on theft charges. The case numbers are F1136014, F1136015, F1136016, and F1136017. Graett, as you are aware, this case is still pending in court. And based on the pending issues, Rockets Rest, Inc. suspended all operations until the current issues have been resolved to which we are committed to doing so.
This is hardly an insinuation as TSM2011 claims. To wit, the grand jury of Dallas County indicted Tracey and Tanya Mock for theft in this matter on 6/6/2012. The reason I continue to post is so other potential victims will find this post before losing their money, too.
This is a very unfortunate situation to which Rockets Rest, Inc. has been working through difficult financial times. Rockets fully intends on rectifying all the contractual obligations with the company. Our councel is currently engaged in closing all of the outstanding issues. We recognize the length of time this process has taken and apologize. However, based on the current situation, both legal councel and due process will bring closure to the current situation.
For the record, our mailing address as per the contract in question was publicly forwarded to the new address. In addition to that, our corporate mailing address has never changed. Thank you for the information, I would of not taught to check Dallas County, Texas. But then when you have people like this that just leave a long trail deceit, theft and just plain Criminal activity like these 2 who would even know where to start, Country, State or County!
Tracey, well they will have a hard time getting to him from what I understand he is currently out of the country working and has been for sometime, traveling back and fourth. works for American Iraqi Solutions Group in Afghanistan, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait and Iraq.
I came across something else a theft by check in Kaufman County case#12CL-0344-2- CCL2 misdemeanor filed 3/14/2012.

TSM2011 -- If Rockets Rest and the Mocks haven't gone anywhere, why aren't you at the address you gave me on your contract? You have had my money for 12 months now and I haven't heard from you since Oct 2011. You promised me a check in October via certified mail and I am still waiting. That is felony theft, plain and simple. It is now in the hands of the Dallas County Judicial system. TheyGotUs2: Contact the District Attorney in Dallas County, TX. If you don't live in Dallas County, contact your local police department as I did and have an arrest warrant issued. They can deal with disreputable contractors such as Tracey and Tanya Mock.
The company nor the employees of the company in question have gone anywhere. They haven't "disappeared". Along with MANY others in the world today, they as well are dealing with their business crashing. IT WILL BE DEALT WITH!
I would love to get the information on the arrest records. I would love to file my information to the department dealing with this that made the arrest. it would strengthen all cases against them.
If you are a homeowner, please BEWARE. Do not give these people money. They will take your money and disappear.
This has not been handled for either homeowner. In both cases, the money was stolen. In fact, I hear there has been an arrest in regards to this situation.
It amazes me how anyone can just post something on the web because they feel like it knowing good and well it's not the truth. It may be the distorted version of THEIR truth, but when it comes to fact based reality, it's as far from the truth as could be. In regards to the initial thread that was posted on Oct. 13, 2011...it is being handled legally. As for the second comment posted on October 23, 2011...I'm not sure where you are getting your distorted info, but I would be careful...i'm told that slander or defamation of character is illegal in most states.
Fact based information is something both comments should do their research on. Any and all issues with regards to Rockets Rest, Inc. are being addressed at this time. With regards to comment above, continued attempts to schedule the project in addition to an offer to install the roofing portion of the project during the hottest parts of the summer however the Home owner refused and insisted on waiting, the issues will be closed out accordingly.
With regards to the they me too, your facts are incorrect, misleading and false.
your not the only person they have gotten they are professional CON ARTESTS in many states Louisiana, Texas, Florida and even Iraq. You need to look into them further many law suites. Good luck with these guys!
