I'm the POA for ***. I went to the Branch to do some business for ***, but the CU RFCU denied my POA. They were looking for the unlimited POA form for the "same" transaction I was trying to do, even though it's a State Of Georgia POA form made by the state and used by any attorney in Georgia who drafts a POA.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, ROBINS FEDERAL CREDIT Account #: 100000XXXXXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A, Section 2 also states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions.

I had a problem with Robins Financial Credit Union when my 3rd stimulus check got deposited into someone else's account. I called them multiple times to inquire about the deposit, but they told me they sent it back to the sender. However, when I contacted the sender, they informed me that they hadn't received it. I requested a trace on the stimulus check from the sender, and I took the trace paper to the bank. Unfortunately, the bank couldn't provide me with any information regarding the account.

Disablin my daughters debit card My daughter traveled home from college for the holiday season. On her trip back her debit card was disabled. She was unable to buy gas, food, pet food for days and the fraud line would not accept her phone calls. She had her correct phone # on her account and DID NOT receive a call. We had to Western Union her cash to get her through the weekend for food and gas.

I just checked my credit report and dang, there's a bunch of wrong stuff on there from this credit union. I've been trying to fix it by talking to their peeps on the phone and going to the branch, but it's been a real pain in the butt. These mistakes are seriously messing up my credit and making it hard for me to take care of my fam. I need them to fix this mess pronto.

I got a account there and also a account I closed cuz I lost my debit card. My problem is that they sent a credit to my account but then they sent another transaction back to the sender. The bank said they only forward in special cases, but if everything's right, why send it back? If they do it sometimes, they should do it all the time, especially when everything matches. I'm so let down.

I recently checked my credit report and saw a collection that doesn't belong to me from Robins Federal. I don't bank with Robins, so it's clear that this account is false. Other items on my report were also affected, indicating a similar situation. Robins is providing incorrect information with varying dates, balances, and history. They should cease reporting this on my credit report as it violates my rights and harms my reputation.

My account got hacked and the bank changed all my accounts. My direct deposits are going in, except for one labor deposit that happens twice a month. They're charging me a five dollar fee to put it in because the treasury department is closed due to the pandemic. They don't know when it will open back up. I told Robins Federal Credit Union about this, but they still said they have to charge me the fee. I said it's not fair because they have all my information, but they can't do anything until the treasury department opens back up. Is there any way you can help me? I would really appreciate it. This company be reporting wrong information 'bout my account. I made a complaint and they did it again on purpose. I got proof. I made a complaint 'bout my credit. I checked my account and found lots of errors and fees they charged me. They said I was owed a refund and they gonna fix the wrong data. On April 27,2020 I talked to a lady sayin' she in charge and she promised to fix it. But the next day, I got a notification sayin' Robins said I'm 3 months behind again, even though I got a letter from their own bank sayin' different.

On ***, 2021, I tried to put some cash in the Robins Financial Credit Union atm at ***. Macon, GA, 31201, using my *** card. I didn't know that the atm service wasn't in my *** card's network. The Robins atm took my cash but didn't put it in my *** card or give it back to me. I tried to deposit $193. The atm printed a receipt, with ***, date: *** & time: ***, saying, "We had a problem giving your cash back. Call your bank." I followed the instructions but it didn't work, so now I'm gonna complain about *** too. That's why I had to go to Robins bank a bunch of times. I talked to four different people at Robins, in person and on the phone, and all they said was, "We can't do anything. You gotta call *** and they'll fix it." I even called *** while I was at Robins with a Senior Member Representative and the branch manager is out 'cause she had a baby. When I called *** and talked to their people, they told me to go back to Robins 'cause they can't do anything since the deposit didn't go through. So Robins has to fix it. I'm getting the runaround from both sides for a simple mistake. This whole thing and not getting my money back in time has messed me up. It's been over a month now. I had to go ahead and file a police report for this atm/location 'cause I haven't gotten any help. I want a full refund, no less.
