Rivers Sense Savannah, GA review: Cosmetic sales

My Sister and I visited this shop on River Street in Savannah, GA. A man named, Ezra, waited on us. At first we were only buying a few products, which totaled $321. Ezra charged both my Sister and my credit cards. Later we agreed to buy the entire package, which Ezra stated our credit cards would be credited for the $321 charge. I disputed the charge on my credit card since the refund never came through. My credit card company denied the dispute because the company told them they didn't give refunds. I am not asking for anything but what was promised. I want a refund of the $321 that was promised. My sister hounded Ezra until she finally got the refund.
