I'm really happy we picked Ritzcraft Pools and Pavers, Inc. to do our pool. Brad came to our house and his bid was super clear, so we knew they were the right company. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and the leader was amazing. He did a great job on our tile and worked really hard. We could tell he cared about the outcome, especially for a young guy. We really appreciate you sending them out and please let them know we noticed their great work. Thank you!

Ritzcraft did our pool and fixed some plumbing and lights. When they finished, the surface was uneven and the spa and pool drains were missing screws. There's a gap in the pool drain and air in the pipes, so the pool won't prime. They replaced the lights, but now one doesn't work. Fixtures are popping off and they won't call us back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They were disorganized and didn't call us back. We waited over 2 months for them to fix it.

This company is a big letdown. We spent $25k on a travertine tile deck, but the result was terrible. They messed it up completely by putting a coating on the tiles that made them cloudy and damaged. They tried to fix it, but it only made things worse by putting another coating on top of the bad work. Now, we have useless, cloudy tiles and a deck that looks worse than before. Dave came to check it out and said it was not right, but he never came back or provided a solution despite our multiple calls. They are ignoring us because they already got their money for a terrible job. They should lose their license for ripping people off like this. Don't use them!

I got my pool fixed by Ritz Craft Pools and it looks good. But they didn't do everything they were supposed to do according to the contract and still charged me the full amount. The new skimmer they installed has been leaking since day one and I had to hire another company to fix it. Dave, the owner, said it was the tile's fault but it was actually their fault for not installing it correctly. They didn't even use concrete to hold it in place, just dirt. They could have at least used a $10 collar to secure it. I will be posting a video of the replacement process. It's been a while since they did the work, but I haven't forgotten about it.

On 10/26, I signed a contract with Ritzcraft. They said it would take 8 to 16 weeks from the dig till my toes are wet (a little longer if cage). I am in the 48th week. I asked them to fix their shoddy paver installation months ago and finish paver installation. As of [protected], I still have the shoddy pavers, no pool cage (no date for cage installation), and the shoddy paver work is not fixed. I have paid Ritzcraft the same day I received the invoice! I am totally disgusted with this ***.

Ritzcraft Pools did our pool over in October . But now, two years later, it looks worse than before they did it. Within one year, there were some quality issues with their work. I tried calling and emailing their office, and even stopped by one of their work sites to ask for help. But I got no response at all. I sent them pictures of the problems with my tiles and the rust spots in the pool coating, but still nothing. We paid over $7,000 for this project, and I expected better customer service, especially since there's a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer.

My Realtor told me to get my pool renovated by Ritzcraft in May . They said it would take a week to finish. They were supposed to start in June, but they said they had a shortage of materials. My Realtor told me today that they have the materials now, but they don't have anyone to do the work. They said they can't give me an exact date, but they might start in a few weeks. They already charged me $1000 and promised to finish by mid June. I'm really mad that my Realtor recommended Ritzcraft.

We ain't the type to complain, but we're fed up with these guys. It's already November and we still can't swim in our pool 'cause of the copper in the water sticking to the surface. We've been trying to fix it for three whole months now. Here's a rundown of what happened: they finished the pool in March, but we had to wait a month before we could swim. We finally got to swim in May and June, but then the copper turned the surfaces black in August. Turns out, Ritzcraft messed up the plumbing connected to the pool heater, and their maintenance didn't help either. We haven't been able to swim since August and all we get from them is the same old "you're on the list" or "we're waiting on a part" response. We're done with that and just want our pool fixed now. We're even thinking of taking legal action if we don't get restitution and resolution soon.
