Richard Cassada review: failure to pay credit card bill

Since 2009 Richard Cassada have not paid a $1943 Citibank bill.
I have made many attemps to get him to pay his bill.
I also understand Bank of America has a bill he failed to pay.
Be aware of any dealing with this guy if you value your $$$$$$$$.
He will not reply to emails aboutmthis bill.
My advise is be very very careful dealing with Mr. Richard Cassada
