West Vet request for information

I called West Vet and asked if a pathology report was finished. The girl on the phone kept telling thing that I never asked. After a minute of her dogging my question I asked to speak to the administrator. Supposedly that person was not there and wondup talking to the call supervisor so she alleged. Bottom line, they flat [censored] refused to tell anything and said I had to get this information from my primary vet. I disputed this and said, "The original provider does not know this information." They flat refused to tell me despite my being the owner and the one paying the bill. Yet another example of [censored] service not to mention professionalism.

When we finally saw the intern he looked her over and then said they needed to do xrays, and if that didnt show anything then they would need to do blood tests, and the price kept going up and up, I said fine.
