Mar. 20, 2023 Swoop/WestJet Complaint On Mar. 2, 2023 our Mar. 3, 2023 SWOOP flight from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Hamilton, Ontario was cancelled. The original email indicated that a rebooking would be offered. The next email nullified that, leaving no options other than a $475.00 refund. The SWOOP website showed no flights for the rest of March. I did...

Swoop/Westjet bad customer service

Just saw on the news how poorly treated were a young family in eastern Canada traveling on Swoop with a child who threw up just prior to departure. I want to you to know that I have an extended family of more than 60 people who book more than 100 flights per year. If you do the math that would equate to more than $20, 000.00 per year We are now looking to switch to to Air Canada after seeing this further degradation in customer service that West Jet was once known for. This uncaring attitude is totally unacceptable. Understand customers are easier to keep than it is to find new ones. Tripping over twenty's to pick up pennies is not a winning strategy.
