GO AIR Cancelled my Flight ticket at the last moment

I had booked a flight with Go-Air a month in advance. Now when I have to fly in 3 days, they informed me that flight is cancelled and I have to wait for another 8 hours on the airport. I am coing fron US and it's a conecting flight for me. Airline is not providing any accomodation neither they are transferring me to any other airline in the morning hour. This is pathetic. I want you to take action. Here are my details:

GO AIR money deduction with out ticket

i had made a ticket on 09/01/2012, from delhi to srinagar the shadule of flight is 12/02/2012 & return on 22/02/2012, but ticket had not been made, no information had given to me, but 4200Rs had been deducted from my account .the flight name& timing was g8 154 the departure time was 11.45 from delhi .arrival at srinagar at 13.15.kindly refund my money

GO AIR Refund for Cancellation of Flight

I attached herewith the scan copy of my Ticket No. VVTPWJ of Go Air mentioning Flight Cancellation ondt.10.12.2010. The airport staff at delhi Airport has taken my Bank account Details with a promise that full refund of the above cancellation will be credited to my Punjab National Bank Goregaon East Branch in my account no.[protected]. Please arrange & inform me.

GO AIR Poor Airline Service - Do not fly with Go Air

I had a flight booked with Go Airlines from Mumbai to Delhi.The departure time was 10.30 am.All checkin formalities were completed, security check done...
Then we were told that the flight is delayed by 2hrs.

3hrs went be still no announcements were made.
Passengers got tired of waiting and wanted an answer.

They told that the flight that was supposed to come is stuck in Nagpur due to bad weather.
After a lot of shouting and head banging with the authorities, passengers were told that they would be accommodated in other flights.
They took our names to book us on other flights as per available seats.
1hr later they apologized saying that other airlines are not ready to accommodate passengers.

Meanwhile, they had made no other arrangements.
Then, they asked to get our tickets cancelled and get a full refund amount form.
But for this also they did not have necessary staff.

I got my ticket cancelled and booked another ticket to delhi with Indigo.
Now, i wanted my luggage back.

They were asking us to get our tickets cancelled but they had not thought of how would they return our luggage.
there was so much of chaos and confusion.

I had to shout and beg in order to get my luggage back, which i got 5mins before my checkin time for the other flight was about to get closed...phewwwwww

Such mismanagement is intolerable.
The whole day spend at the airport...loss of money, time...

Dear Sir,

My agent reported that 77 days have been elapsed but there in no refund sent by you. Quite strange and pity on you. That Flight career which boasts for international standards fails to pay refund to genuine customers.

I thank you for the sympathetic approach and understanding my inconvenience for unability to board flight no.171 dt.02-Jan-2010 Ticket no. JS352F1 due to bad weather.

I wrote to my Agent regarding refund but there is no reply from them .Jwalaji Tours - Amritsar Tel No. [protected], [protected]
I contacted them 4 times (during 16:45 to a7:30 hrs.)on 02-Jan-2010 from Amritsar Airport. I had proof of this in my mobile bills.

Ultimately I am the sufferer.So I am approaching you directly.

You read the my case. A passenger suffered from natural calamity and unable to Travel.
You should refrain yourself from taking advantage i.e. "saying no refund." to a passenger like me who suffered the circumstances out of control due to natural calamities.

You are, therefore, once again requested to consider this as a special case and grant me the refund.

Hope to hear from you.

Details:
My tickets were to fly fm Amritsar to Mumbai via Delhi connection on 02-Jan-2010i.e(1)Amritsar to Delhi and (2)connecting flight of yours -Go Air- Delhi to Mumbai. Ticket no.JS352F1 Fl no.171 Dt.02.01.2010

But On 02.01.2010 all flights were cancelled from Amritsar Airport due to Bad weather and heavy fog.. No other means of transportation was available to
move out of Amritsar.

Hence all tickets were cancelled and fully refunded.

I had received full refund from Air India BUT I have not yet received

refund from you.

Iam entitled to free seat but for my middle seat Ibooked Iwas charged Rs.100/-

today my flight mumbai to ahmedabad flight number -G8 -365 was 1 hour 40 min delay thn i don't know to delay information. ...n my meeting was cancle for delay flight n lost 1 lakh 39 thousands Rs deal was lost...plz get me compensation

pl ref to your PNR NO-WOGHTO Flight No. G8/457 class B dated 14 jan 2012 from srinagar to new delhi. I have purchased the ticket from srinagar airport where the lady attendent firstly given the wrong data about the flight tickets availability and given the business class tickets. when i boarded the flight i was told by the crew staff that there is no business class in the flight moreover i was charged of the itinerary which i have paid in the business class ticket. It was a case of direct cheating with the passengers which changed my outlook for further travels in the same airlines . Through out the journey i felt like being cheated by the go airlines . Pl give the suitable justice for such a behaviour from your side. Not expected from go air.

i made ticket for two adults on 03/01/2012, the flight shadule is on 27/01/2012 from srinagar to delhi & from delhi to srinagar on 05/02/2012, total fare came 8970 Rs, but the fare had been deducted two time that is 17840Rs fo single ticket, the PNR is YIJ7WG, the passanger name are, saleema akhter&bilquees shugufta.plz refund my extra money i.e 9870Rs in my account, my e.mail is basharatgmc@gmail.com

Dear Sir,
I have booked two tickets from Pune to Chennai on 21.10.2012 through my HDFC Credit Card No. [protected] for Rs. 10, 698.00. This amount was debited from account, but i did not get PNR Number. I enquired the Office they told me that the ticket was not booked and the amount will be reverted to my account and they asked me to book a fresh ticket. Then i wnet to Meenambakkam Air port and booked the same on 22.10.2012 fro Rs. 10, 520/-. This amount was also debited from my account and i got the PNR No. BFMPB7. I cancelled this ticket on 1.11.2012 and I got the cancellation receipt for Rs. 8318.00 but still now both the amount is not being credited to my account. Kindly make the credit to my acoount as early as possible. Thank you.

My flight was from Port Blair to Mumbai via Chennai.I was with my family.It was on 19th of November 2012.The journey was for 5 hours and my daughter was very hungry.In flight one of the crew staff, she was just opposite of my side I called her and she was busy with other passenger and she told me that i'll come within a minute.But then also, after so many calls, she did not bother us and she was not working properly and her behavior was not proper towards me.And the other complaint is that, my seat was in 13th row and I wanted a vegetable combo which was not available because it got finished.Like this is not done at all.All are not non-vegetarians, specially in India most of the people are vegetarians.And the third compliant is the food is not tasty, forget about that, the food is not hot also, it is very cold like icy cold, this I had experienced in my before GO AIR flights.And I made another complaint also, the Ref No.IXZ/A 525, please see to this matter also!

This is the second reminder of the case against the PNR No-W0GHT0 where i have booked my ticket from Srinagar to Delhi. I have paid the amount of business class but made to travel in the economy class. When asked by the crew they told that there was no business class on 14 Jan in the flight G8/457 . This is te condition of the staff who doesn't know about his own department. Inconvenience has been caused you are requested to take the note of the issue and refund the additional charges taken by you.
