Film processing
I had recently been in touch with Stuart at the Covent Street branch, but have since been ignored after being told I would be refunded. I have also been ignored in numerous follow up emails and on social media. I am extremely disgusted at the quality of your services and subsequent customer support. I recently purchased two rolls of film from your...

I took a brand new t-shirt to get it printed, I came back to the shop 2 days after the collection date, what a surprise the t-shirt wasn't ready. One of the staff, a friendly girl asked me to come back within a few hours, when I did, I found out that the t-shirt was spoiled, with marks and job not done; the manager came up with the most absurd comment I have ever heard in my life. He asked me to take the t-shirt he just spoilt to the original shop to ask for an exchange, I was completely shocked when I heard that! The worst customer service a shop manager can ever give you. Tooting Broadway branch.
Bad Service
I am writing for a complaint for the service in Snappy Snaps near Liverpool street station today. The CD they gave me turned to be blank CD when i inserted in my Mac at home. When I called back to the shop this lady was answering in a really unhelpful tones. She is this European lady with shoulder length hair, wearing glasses, speaking with a non English accent. When I came back for the second time of the day to get back my photos, she was greeting me with a very unfriendly gestures. She was showing me how the CD work and suggested that it is my own problem. I brought my Mac with me in case of the thought of easy transferring. Turned out the shop does not even have a USB stick or card for the card reader. She asked me to borrow it from my friend and come back again(for the third time?) or buy a new USB stick which I do not need. Lucky for me there is this customer on the line lending me his USB stick. I then explained to her that it is unprofessional of the service to not having the CD work in both Mac and PC. She resisted saying it is my laptop fault. Meanwhile the other time before I remembered when I went to Snappy Snaps in Bethnal Green, the staff was friendly and given me CD that work on Mac. Once he forgot to develop one film, he did apologize and offered to send it to my house. I suggested to just leave it to the opposite shop because I am ending work weekdays when the shop closed. Even though he made mistake, he delivered it in good manner as oppose to the service in Liverpool Street. The photos is well developed as the standard of which I am content of, but the bad service made up my mind to avoid going to Snappy Snaps liverpool street for the next time. Hopefully the service in there can be push to be better.

Misbehavior and rufusal in providing customer service
On 19-October-2009 I went to Snappy Snaps and paid £10.99 to take a digital photograph for the purpose regarding US Green Card Lottery application. The digital image which I was sent through e-mail did not conform with the specific requirements to the application. I notified the Snappy Snaps officials immediately going by person in their shop and they refused to cooperate me in this case and insisted that their photo is absolutely correct. I e-mailed them the website link which clearly states and shows that any shades in the face within the photograph will make the application void. They told me to meet with the shop owner in 21-Oct-2009, and I went to meet him accordingly. He
refused to listen to my points
and told me that he won't refund any money and insisted that the photograph is totally fine. I tried to make him listen that the specific requirements should be maintained or else I can't post the Application. But he again refused to cooperate. I told him that okay take a new picture properly and I will pay you for a new photograph. But he refused to do that as well and told me that he won't process any more photograph for me. Besides he also told that if you want to take this to a complaint then go ahead.
In this circumstance I am insisting to post an official complaint against the above mentioned company. I have all my evidences and the copy of e-mail correspondence made with the company throughout the process of transaction.
I seek a perfect service on this issue and hope that a proper measure is taken to sort out the case.
