I have been dealing with sabertooth auctions (jeremy spencer) , for a few years without issue, I now have a major issue with this merchant. I purchased an "authentic" tiffany necklace (as it was advertised as authentic) upon looking at the item (after waiting 5 weeks for it to arrive) it was very obvious that it was a fake, I have my jeweler look at the...

Sabertooth Auctions He took money and ran away

Another scam. Please, stay away from Sabertooth Auctions, because this place is real rip off. I found the owner of this place and we agreed that I would pay him and he would ship some stuff. I wired money and this person stopped to respond to emails and phone calls. One day his phone was switched off. It was nightmare and I couldn’t find this man. If you know something about him, please share your views and comments about this liar.

I have been dealing with Jeremy Spencer at Sabertooth for several years, this is the first issue I have had however it is a major one. I purchased an item described as "authentic" Tiffany necklace, it took over 5 weeks and many calls and emails before my item was sent, just by looking at it I knew it was fake, I had my jeweler look at it and even took it to the Tiffany store and it was fake, I contacted Jeremy and he said they would stand behind any item, he offered to refund my card over a month ago and he has not responded to anything email, calls, nothing. Sabertooth has lost a very good client, I am working with my credit card company, and I have contacted the BBB, I have also consulted with my lawyer over this matter, as I have all the emails from them saying the refund would be placed that day...over a month ago. Way to go Jeremy.

As a reply to the complaint lodged above, we do not accept wire transfers as a form of payment. Furthermore, we do not sell over the phone or by meeting someone and agreeing to sell an item or items. We sell our items on a weekly auction, with over 4000 happy customers and counting. Sounds like another scam report mole or a mole from a similar website trying to get our business to pay them $300 and up to remove the false claims. It really should be illegal for online sites to falsify claims for a monetary gain, in fact, many states are now passing laws against this kind of abuse from these types of online scams. Basically, the company files false claims against a company and then request $300 plus to remove the allegations. Visit our sales and see for yourself.

I've been buying from Sabertooth for years, and have always been satisfied with purchases. To begin with, you cannot "wire" money to a business. If u need to pay for your items, then you do so online with the "pay now" option. You generally pay as soon as you receive an invoice. So, your complaint sounds like "rip off" to me as it makes no valid sense. When you get approved, yoh agree to terms of suction. After you win an item, invoice is sent.Lastly, Sabertooth has had its same number since the business began, and its never been switched "off" I talk with the owner often, as he's found some great stuff for me.
