I arrived at 12:10 pm for lunch ordered appetizer which arrived at my table by 12:17pm, but the Greek salad with grilled chicken didn't come till 12:46 pm I was not able to dine in at that time had to get it to go. I had to go back eat and work at the same time. server did give a 10%discount a whole $1.48 off the bill. not happy wanted to enjoy my food not rush eat while working at the desk with interruptions
False advertising
False advertising. Ledo Pizza advertised 55-cent small cheese pizzas ALL DAY with no stipulations to availability nor quantity. When I called to order at 6:00 p.m., I was told that Ledos was no longer offering that pizza deal but that I could purchase a large pizza at full price. Is this a bait and switch swindle? The attorney general of every state where Ledo Pizza operates and advertised this deal needs to investigate.
Ledos pizza of Fort Washington Maryland is not using Ledos ingredients in what they sell . The crust is wrong . And the cheese is fake . I guess letting foreigners run a Ledos allows them to skimp on products . I guess Ledos completely sold out ! The company name is going down in shame now .

i have been going to the Ledo's pizza here on St. Paul Street in Baltimore, MD 21218 since i moved here to Baltimore in the summer of 2012
Ledo's pizza has always been my favorite ...
and i ate several times at the original ledo's pizza when i was growing up in greenbelt, md
so here is my complaint
the last time i went in there .. the staff employee who was there .. a foreign fellow ...
anyway he was very rude with me .. and i was asking about the charges for "extra" mushrooms and sausage
and he yelled at me that he was very busy and "did not have time to answer any more questions" and that "he was the only one in the store"
I stayed anyway ... and i ordered extra sausage and mushrooms ...
and i waited for about a half an hour .. and when he finally got around to giving me my pizza ...
not only was it burnt .. but there IS NO WAY that there were extra sausage or mushrooms
i just paid and left in disgust ...
and i had actually decided that i would never go back to ledo's pizza ...
and then i had a craving for it today .. and i just placed an order online
anyway ... i feel THAT I AM ENTITLED TO A FREE PIZZA AND DRINK ... THE VERY SAME THING THAT I ORDERED LAST TIME
BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ... TO BE HONEST ...
AND IF THIS IS NOT HANDLED APPROPRIATELY .. I WILL BE PURSUING THIS FURTHER
AS IN BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY ATTORNEY
I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY THAT I WAS TREATED AND CERTAINLY NOT THE PRODUCT I GOT FOR OVER $20
AS I SAID IT WAS ALSO BURNT AND DEFINITELY HAD NO EXTRAS WHATSOEVER
AND I GUESS I HAVE HIGH STANDARDS HAVING GROWN UP WITH THE ORIGINAL LEDO'S PIZZA ...
AS THE PIZZA I REMEMBER .. NO ONE EVEN CAME OR STILL DOES CLOSE
