BAD SERVICE. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A LOAN MODIFICATION AND NOW OUR HOME IS IN FORECLOSURE
WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I TRUSTED THIS AWFUL LAWYER WE AND LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT HE HAS SCAM. WE GAVE OUR MONEY HOPING THAT HE WOULD GET US A MODIFICATION, IT TURNS OUT THAT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 8 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPEN. WE SHOULD HAVE KNOW FROM THE MOMENT HIS OFFICE MOVE AND THEY DID NOT INFORM US. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LOOK FOR HIS OFFICE AND LUCKLY WE END UP FINDING IT. THIS SHOULD HAD BEEN A RED FLAG FOR US, BUT SINCE WE WERE AND STILL ARE DESPRET WE CONTINUE TO LET HIM HANDLE OUR CASE. THE SAD PART IS THAT NOW IS 5/21/10 AND OUR HOME IS IN A FORECLOSURE. WE HAVE CALLED HIS OFFICE SEVERALL TIMES, FAX OVER ANY PAPER WORK THEY NEEDED AND NEVER REALLY BOTHER TO CALL US.
THE FACT IS THAT HE NEVER DID ANYTHING TO GET US A LOAN MODIFICATION. HE PROMISE US OUR MONEY BACK (WHICH WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR). EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS THERE KNOW THAT HE IS SCREWING PEOPLE OVER FROM THE MANAGER GEORGE, SERENA, PAUL AND FROM THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. NOW THAT IT IS ALMOST 10 DAYS BEFORE OUR FORECLOSURE COURT DATE PAUL THAT WORKS FOR HIM IS CALLING US SAYING THERE IS STILL SOMETHING THEY COULD DO IF WE GIVE HIM 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. WOW! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY HAD THE NERV TO ASK US FOR MORE MONEY WHEN HE HASN'T DONE ANYTHING TO HELP US.
ALL HE HAS DONE IS GIVE US HEADACHE, STRESS, TOOK OUR MONEY, AND NOW WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A HOME. A ROOF FOR OUR KIDS.
THIS HOLD PROCESS WITH THIS LAWYER HAS EMOTIANALLY HURTS US. I JUST HOPE THAT HE KNOWS THAT WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND. HE IS DOING THIS TO A LOT OF HIS CUSTOMER, BUT AT THE END HE WILL GET WHAT HE DISERVES.
I JUST NEED TO DO A REASERCH ON HOW TO SUE HIM BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO BE STOP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
I WILL TRY TO SUBMIT A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO HELP STOP THEM FROM TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE ...
We did not receive Loan Modification from lenders - lawyer doesn't want to give refund
We signed up with the Law Offices of Alfred J. Verdi so they can help us get a Loan Modification. We signed a contract with them that says, if they are not able to get us a Loan Modification in 6 months, they will give us a refund of 2/3 of the $2995 fee we paid them in the beginning of the Loan Modification program.
