just automotive Rip Offs!

My car just wasn't running right, It would drive but wouldn't rev over 1500, and it sounded like it was struggling no matter how much you put your foot down it just wouldnt go anywhere (manual by the way) so stupidly my daughters father rung Mobile Mechanics! He sent out a tow truck a few days later and took the car away, He had told us he has a toyota mechanic and hes really good so we were happy. A few weeks went by and he was stumped as to what was wrong, and then he said we needed a new motor which was very odd because when we purchased the car it had just got a new motor 1 month prior! AND we had the car checked before purchasing! So anyway I got a new motor from Simon and in a week we were getting our car back. When the car was dropped off the tow truck driver said the new motor will need to be run in, itll take a few days. The paperwork for the motor was nowhere to be found, Simon said itd be in the car. So on the phone I was to Simon again who then told me it had to be SHIPPED OVER from China I was so pissed! How does that work i thought. After taking the car for a test drive I found it had the same problem as before the new motor.. but I thought no maybe i need to "run" the motor in, so i carried on going for little drives around the block etc, there was an awful gas smell in the car now like it was overfueling so Monday came and I gave Simon a call he told me i need to give the motor longer to wear in "take it on a road trip" he said. A couple weeks passed of not using my car and I rung Simon again to collect the car because something wasn't right. They picked it up, done tests, rewired the whole car, took the motor out and put it back in, changed spark plugs and then he said I'd need a new exhaust. I went crazy over the phone he told me the motor would fix the problem! I refused, so HE took my car to TOYOTA in Manukau without asking/telling me first. I made very clear to him I will not be paying another cent because i paid for the motor and the motor was suppose to fix it, which he said he understands and it was at his expense! Toyota then got ahold of me and told me the wiring was a mess so they rewired it, spark plugs were very old and had oil all over them and there was RUSTY WATER running through the motor, so they fixed all that. They then kept looking for the problem as it was still sluggish and found it was the airbox.
Now Simon is refusing to pay Toyota because it is MY car, and it had nothing to do with the motor! They are the worst mechanics possible. He has had my car since October 2014 it is now March 2015 and still I have no paperwork because it's either "Not Ready" or hes "Sorting It Out" and will send it out to me. Dont ever take your car here!

i have had written 2 reviews on google maps to let people know how badly i was treated and overcharge, but they keep deleting and renewing there site's, why im just a honest customer?

just automotive left me in tears

I had a flat battery so I called just automotive 24 hour mobile at 5.30pm as I needed to get back to the Mount from Auckland, they said that a mechanic will be there soon, by 7pm no mechanic so I called again, she said he is coming, 7.30pm still no mechanic, I called again, she said he will be there soon, by 8pm I had enough so I called and the rude office woman said basically don't get my tits in a tangle he is coming! I was almost in tears by this time and my sis told me that’s not on, well 8.30 pm still no mobile mechanic so I rang for the fourth time and guess what? the rude woman said no one can come!... WHAT I said, I told her this is not on, she just laughed and told me I was upset because I had to get back to the Mount, I was quite surprised to be Insulted in such a manner, I couldn't believed it?" In tears I goggled another 24 hour mobile mechanic and by 9pm i was on my way home.yay thanks to this great guy whom I would love to mention but sadly this is a complaint. If this is how Aucklanders are treated I’m so glad I don't live there. Over Rated, VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!
