Never Received order
I ordered a couple items for a Christmas present back in December 13, 2010. Still til this day I did not receive my order. I constantly sent them emails asking for either my money back or the items to be received ASAP. I didn't get any response. Finally someone answered me saying they would return my money back into my account, but I still not have received the items. I suggest you never order from this company!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Online shopping order that I have yet to receive
I ordered a hooded sweat shirt from Fli Pelican's online clothing store on December 8th 2010 as a christmas present for my 19 year old son. As of today, January 12, 2011, I've yet to receive it. I paid for it through paypal. I've sent 7 emails and called at least 4 times attempting to find out the status of my order (left voicemail messages). I received a phone call this past Saturday (1/8/11) from someone asking me what I ordered and what my email address was. I was promised that Nino, the owner of the company would call me. As of this evening (1/12/11), no call from Nino. I called tonigh very angry and frustrated with their pathetic customer service and to once again try and find out about the status of my order. They asked the same questions. I asked for my money back...we'll see...stay tuned. Dont ever order from this pathetic company, what a major SHAM!

Call your state attorney general, they can guide you in the correct way and may help you to get your money back or at least investigate. Remember, your government and representives work for you!
