75ft big boss xhose pro
Purchased this product in May 2023. After only 2 months there are holes in the hose. I bought this one in particular because of the High performance Fiber and 5 year warranty and it has already failed. Didn't even make it to the end of the season. Very dissappointed. I purchased an XHOSE PRO 100 foot hose June 2020 from Menards. This year after bringing outside after winter storage the hose started leaking where hose meets plastic to connect to water supply.
I ctc XHOSE explained problem provided my receipt and was told I'd need the original box to provide warranty information as their hoses don't all have same warranty. What b.s. I wouldn't have spent 49.99 without a good warranty!
What can I do?
