Crazy cameras Camera not delivered and also unable to credit me.

Crazy Cameras - TAke your payment imediately, do not supply goods and cannot refund your money.

I ordered a digital camera from Crazy Cameras and was promised 5 - 7 days delivery. After two weeks and no responses I contacted them by e mail and also tried to ring them. After numerous excuses I checked this web site and realised I was not the only customer to suffer over £200 being taken from my account and no goods. I contacted my credit card company imediately and sent all of the e mails Crazy cameras had sent. I have just returned from a holiday to find another e mail from Crazy Cameras saying they recognise that I want my order cancelled and they have "NO WAY OF REFUNDING MY MONEY". They suggest I should contact my credit card company to see if they can cover my loss. BE warned this company are still on the web and you can still order from them.

Back in February 2017 i ordered a nikon d330s body, as the end of March approached i still had not recieved my goods, after numerous attempts to contact the company, finally managing to get on to their online chat facility i cancelled the order speaking to someone called peter, who assured me that the money would be refunded in 5 to 7 days, it is now july 20th and i still have not recieved my money, and am now unable to contact the thieves . i have an extensive paper trail in regards to any prosecution anyone would like to bring against this organisation

I strongly advise readers NOT to purchase from Crazy Cameras. They are undoubtedly the most unprofessional con artists I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with online.

I ordered a camera from Crazy Cameras on the 4th February, and after reading a few reports online afterwards I decided to cancel the order immediately. Despite this CC still took the money out of my account straight away and I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to be refunded. During this time I have been constantly emailing, calling and speaking to business accrediation companies trying to get some resolve but have just been fobbed off with pathetic excuses and emails with no confirmation of any refund. Luckily I have now forwarded the case onto my bank who are refunding my money under an indemnity claim.

My advice to anyone who has already bought from them and is trying to claim their money back is to speak to their bank immediately, save all emails from the compnay and make a claim through trading standards.

Crazy cameras theft

Have not received goods ordered to the value of £195.00, although money has been taken from my bank account. You can not contact this company. They appear at the top of a page when doing a google search - so be careful as they seem to be a legitimate company! They most certainly are not and i can not understand how they are still able to steal so many peoples money and get away with it!

Crazy cameras £160 GBP sent for camera, only a camera sent. Company will not refund despite sending photographic evidence of item and invoice sent

I sent £160 (GBP) to this Company which is advertised using the UK web site above for an underwater camera on the 24th of August this year. I received a camera case and a week later a DHL customs invoice showing declared value as 37 dollars. After weeks of trying to call number given and leaving messages and getting no reply, sending countless e mails including (at their request) photographic evidence of both camera and invoice, they have stated that they did not send only the camera case and will not refund. I do not know what to do now. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they confirmed having received my e mail but have heard nothing since.

I am appalled that this Company are being allowed to trade in this manner, nowhere in the web page are you made aware that you are dealing with an American Company and the Customer Service is non exsistent. There are forums with pages of similar stories. I woul appreciate if you could do anything to help

FRAUD...

This company advertise on google and are within the top five companies listed. I purchased from them, thye took my money immediately, then my goods never seemed to arrive so I emailed to chase them and back came an email saying 'I' had cancelled the order, which I most definitely hadnt. They said they would refund the money but NEVER have and I continuously contact them to no avail.

SCAM BIG BIG SCAM...

I made the mistake of not checking the online reviews for CrazyCameras and was I admit taken in by the low price tag. Crazycameras it seems are very quick to take your money but are not very good at either providing you with the goods, replying to emails or giving you your money back. They have numerous bad reviews online and a consistently bad rating on all the review sites. They are also using a .co.uk domain name in a manner likely to mislead customers in the UK. They should in my view not be allowed to trade at all.

This Company is based in the USA

It des not communicate with customers who are asking for their goods or requesting a refund, It is clearly a scam company making thousands of dolars a day.

These people are thieves. they took money out of my account for an iPod touch. £125 on 9th April, I have had no delivery and no refund even though it was promised as they were unable to meet delivery due to lack of stock. I've sent several e.mails and have taken legal advice. I think that the message loud and clear is don't trust them, don't order from them and I think that it is outrageous that Google still allow them to advertised despite all the complaints which are posted about them

I've also been duped by these people. I left a voicemail message yesterday and they sent me an email reply today with the standard message of "Our shipping department is experiencing technical problems."

Tried to send them a further email in reply but it got bounced back.

I spent £240 and it was on a debit card so the bank can't return any money to me, I'm so upset. I don't have much money so I had to save up and it was for a present.
