Citizen Buses 412 & MBS 8 Timing

Dear Sirs

Bus no. 412 & MBS 8 timing needs to be checked and services needs to be added. Since it is a very long route and commuters are increasing more and more and facility is not enhanced at par to serve the citizens.

Please look into the issues and provide better service since the Railway gate is on the way and BPL travellers are more. Please take action at the earliest to support the needy.

Yes exactly,
As per the schedule mentioned in the BMTC website there were supposed to be MBS - 8 & 412 buses at 5.15, 5.20 & 5.45Pm evening but all people
get was the only bus that departing at 6.20 PM around one & sometimes that too will come lately.
Daily i will wait nearly an hour & one day i waited nearly 2.5 hour for them & ultimately ended up booking a cab to home.

And there was bus named 201D which was supposed to have a last stop till indhiranagar, was reaching kalyan nagar so many people don't knew this atleast the bus management has to attach proper board to not to mislead the passangers.

please consider...!

I too agree that there are no sufficient buses, sometimes we have to wait for more than 45 minutes to an hour.

I agree with the comments given above, after 6pm there are no buses of MBS 8 or 412. Even if we get the bus if would be filled and we can find people standing in the foot board. There are a lot of people who travel daily, hence would request the concerned authorities to increase the number of buses in this particular route ( Morning from Kalyanagar to Banshankari and in the Evening Banshankari to Kalyanagar ). As a regular commuter i have even called the complaint line and raised about this issue but no action has been taken few drivers decide their own timings, necessary action have to be taken against them. Hope the comments given by the commuters will be respected and the concerned authorities would work on that immediately.

In the evenings after 6pm, there are no MBS -8 OR 412 BUSES at all . We have to keep waiting for 1 hr to 2 hrs everyday . Its become very difficult for regular commuters and am also one among them who is facing this problem very frequently . There are no timings even in the mornings also . Specially this MBS 8 and 412 route buses the drivers and conducors take and decide their own timings. I have seen there are lots of route buses being parked in the depo .But there is lack of Staff to drove them . I would request the concerned authorities to take immediate action and help us .

People have to wait for even 30 minutes for MBS8 or 412 bus, and it is always overcrowded during office timings. It becomes full in start of its journey and people who want to board it in middle stops have very difficulty in even entering it.

Citizen Awful experience

A power surge fried the VGA port on my C19604HD flat panel TV/Computer monitor. As there was a single licensed Citizen repairman in Halifax, NS, I had to deliver it to an audio repair shop. After a month he determined it had to be returned to the company for a whole new curcuit board, and it took them - get this - 3 months to tell him not only had they sent it back to us, they could not reproduce the problem and thus did not repair it. The whole time I kept calling the repairman to coax some communication from Citizen, and he could not tell me when it would arrive until it did. He said it still did not work, to this day I think the work order wasn't properly read by Citizen because any test of the VGA port whatsoever should have failed.

So we sent it back, and impatient as I was, I got the repairman to provide me with phone numbers he was using to contact the company. Now he was always very shifty when I called about the work order, you could say defensive, always seemed to think I was accusing him of letting me down. So when the contact numbers he read to me were all the same numbers and people, and he didn't notice as he read them to me, I realized how little help I was going to get.

I phoned the contact number which the repairman gave me twice in a row to reach a man in toronto who ran the entire parts division of one of the parent companies, RGA. I had to leave him a voicemal over long distance to explain I could not wait any longer - it has been 6 1/2 months by now, and that I need his help to get something done, and I said that since the monitor was on its way back again, and they couldn't reproduce the problem we still had, they should just keep it and send me a new one. Two weeks later and I had a phone call from the repair shop that a brand new C19604HD suddenly came in for me.

I had to go all the way to the top to get the simplest thing done after six months. The new one works fine, there is one dead pixel from time to time, that is normal. But I wouldn't buy from Citizen anymore unless I wanted a car stereo.
