Purchased Corgi puppy from Katy Sperle two weeks ago. She wanted to meet me at a bar in Milton WI instead of coming to her house. I wanted to see the mom and dad but she would not let us come. The breeder insisted on delivering the puppy in the parking lot of a bar/restaurant, rather than where the puppies were kept. This was not told to us until the eve of our pick up.
