Retro Stage Rip Off Retro-Stage

I ordered several dresses which were extremely poor quality. I only received a partial order. I returned all that I had received. I went round and round emails providing the order number, UPS tracking number, copy of return receipt verification, my shipping address, etc and have yet to receive a refund. This is a rip off China Company. I’m out over $200.00 and advise everyone NOT TO BUY FROM RETRO-STAGE.

Retro Stage Terrible Experience with Retro Stage: Dishonesty, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I recently had a terrible experience with Retro Stage. I ordered a jumpsuit from them via Facebook, thinking that the company was based in California. However, I later found out that they actually ship from China. I placed my order on January 3rd, 2023, hoping to receive it by the end of the month. Unfortunately, that never happened. I waited patiently until February, but still no sign of my item. I decided to reach out to them to inquire about the status of my order. They responded, saying that the item was out of stock but would be sent to me once it arrived at their warehouse in China.

As the days went by, I became increasingly frustrated. I had purchased the jumpsuit for an event in late January, which had already passed. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but they kept telling me that the item had been delivered. I never received anything. They blamed me for putting in the wrong address and told me to file a claim with the carrier myself. However, the carrier told me that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items and that Retro Stage should be the one to file the claim.

I continued to go back and forth with them, but they refused to issue me a refund. They offered to send me another jumpsuit, but I declined because it was already April and I had no use for it anymore. I paid around $70 for an item that I never received, and they were unwilling to refund me. I felt cheated and scammed.

To make matters worse, they claimed that they would issue me a refund, but then sent me an email saying that they would not. They were dishonest and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying from them. Their customer service was terrible, and they were quick to take my money but slow to provide any assistance. I learned my lesson about shopping from a Facebook ad and will never purchase anything from Retro Stage again.

I had the same experience, received some of the items that were cheaply sown and very poor quality. I returned the items I received got the UPS receipt and emailed them with it. I then provided them with the order number they requested. I have yet to receive a refund and am out over $200.00. Scam Company from China. DONT BUY FROM RETRO-STAGE!

Retro Stage Stunning Retro Swing Dress: True to Size with High-Quality Material

I recently wore a stunning dress from Retro Stage, and let me tell you – it did not disappoint! As someone who normally wears a medium, I ordered a large just to be safe. However, I could have easily ordered my usual size, as the dress is true to size and the wide belt made it no problem for me even if it was a little big. For reference, I am 5'8" tall and weigh 128 lbs, with a short torso and long legs.

What I loved most about this dress is the high-quality material. It's thick and doesn't feel cheap, and all the seams are carefully crafted with a serger. The dress is made of a stretchy material, so bustier women will have no problem. Additionally, the thickness of the fabric means that I didn't need to wear a slip underneath, which is always a plus.

The dress hit me perfectly at the knee and flowed and swung just like a swing dress should. It was perfect for the 50s-themed party I attended, and I received numerous compliments on it. The wide, long belt is adjustable and can be tied however you like. I chose to tie mine off to the side, but there are endless possibilities.

One thing that really impressed me was that there was no odd smell when I received the dress (which was folded up quite small). All I had to do was re-iron it, as the nice bit of starch kept it in place. The collar was a little high for my liking, so I ironed it to my preference.

After wearing it to the party, I washed the dress on gentle and hung it to dry. It washed fine, but needed to be ironed and starched again afterward. I'm glad I didn't wash it beforehand or I would have had to iron it again before the party.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase from Retro Stage and am thrilled that I can wear this dress again in the future. My advice for anyone looking to purchase from this site is to order your normal size, as the clothes are true to size and the quality is impeccable.

Retro Stage Mixed experience with Retro Stage: Cheap, flimsy dress, and disappointing refund policy. Be cautious!

I recently purchased a dress and underskirt from Retro Stage during a promotional sale. Although I received an email stating that the dress was out of stock, I patiently waited in excitement to receive it when it became available again. Finally, on Tuesday 8th October, the dress arrived. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly dissipated as I discovered that the dress was made from cheap and flimsy materials. The top of the dress, which I thought was supposed to be a more solid and flexible material, was actually made from lace that was fraying and had a hole in the back. The top had no elasticity and hung limply around my elbows, and the lacing around the sleeves and edges was frayed and had odd pieces of string hanging off it. The bottom of the skirt resembled the material of a shower curtain.

Previously, I had purchased a dress from Retro Stage that I truly enjoyed wearing to a family friend's wedding. That dress was well-made and made me feel confident and glamorous. However, after receiving this second order, my confidence in Retro Stage's products has been considerably shaken. It feels like a coin toss on whether I will receive something of decent quality or simply a cheap party costume.

Furthermore, their refund policy requires customers to cover the cost of return shipping. In my case, returning this dress would cost me roughly $40, which is more than the $33.59 dress itself. So, if you plan to purchase from Retro Stage, keep in mind that returning a product may not be worth the effort and cost.

Overall, my experience with Retro Stage has been mixed, and I can't say that I wholeheartedly recommend their products. If you do decide to shop with them, it's best to keep your expectations in check and read reviews carefully before placing an order.

Retro Stage Disappointment with Retro Stage: Poor Quality Dresses and Frustrating Customer Service

I must say that I had a really bad experience with Retro Stage (retro-stage.com). I ordered two dresses from them, hoping that they would fit just fine, but I was utterly disappointed when they arrived and did not fit as expected. Both dresses were size 8, but one was labeled as a Medium size 8, while the other was labeled as a Large size 8. Unfortunately, neither of them fit me well, and the poor quality of the fabric didn't justify the high price tag.

As if this wasn't enough, trying to get in touch with Retro Stage was very frustrating. I sent them an email, but I received no response. I then used their chat on their page, which said they would email me within 24 hours, but they didn't. I even found a phone number on their page, but it led me straight to someone's personal voicemail inbox. It was incredibly frustrating trying to get their attention.

When I finally did get in touch with them, they asked for another $35 on top of the $75 I paid originally to exchange the dresses for ones that actually fit. I was appalled that they would ask me to pay more money for their mistake when the original price was already high enough. Yes, I would get to keep the dresses that didn't fit, but why would I want to keep them when I could have spent the same amount of money on two dresses that fit me well in the first place?

In the end, I only received a partial refund of $15 which was not what I was expecting. I am thoroughly disappointed with the unprofessional service and would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high-quality clothing that actually fits and is worth the price.

Retro Stage Disappointing Experience with Retro Stage: Poor Quality, Slow Shipping, and Lackluster Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Retro Stage's website during their Black Friday sale. I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling incredibly disappointed. After waiting three weeks for my order to arrive, I had to send an email to request an update because I never received any notifications regarding the status of my purchase.

When my items finally arrived in three separate packages, I noticed that none of the dresses were packaged carefully, despite their claims of "strict quality-control tests" and special manufacturing techniques. Moreover, the dresses had an awful chemical smell and felt cheap and uncomfortable on my skin. One of the dresses even had a broken zipper, despite being the correct size for me.

When I tried to return the damaged dress for a refund, I was not offered a full refund or even free return shipping. Instead, I would have to pay to ship the dress back to the US myself, which would cost more than what I paid for the dress. The customer service representative offered me a mere $20 and a discount for a future purchase on the store, which I declined.

To make matters worse, I discovered that Retro Stage is a Chinese company when all my packages had come from China. The service emails were poorly written and even linked me to a tracking site that was in Mandarin.

Overall, I feel deceived and deeply disappointed with my experience. I have no way of getting a proper refund for my purchase and am now stuck with four dresses that I have no use for, one of which is damaged. If you are considering purchasing from Retro Stage, I highly advise against it.

Retro Stage Review of Retro Stage Dress and Shoes: Mixed Bag of Quality and Fit

I recently purchased a dress and shoes from Retro Stage (retro-stage.com) and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dress. It was made from decent material and although it was a bit loose, I preferred a bit of extra space. However, the shoes I received were a bit odd. I ordered a size 9, which was the largest size available, and was worried they may be too small, but they were actually a bit too big.

The buckle on the shoes was rather awkward, not your typical clasp buckle, but with a strange hooking element. Not sure if this was historically accurate for the 1950s theme or just a design choice, but I would have preferred a standard shoe buckle. The T strap section of the shoe was also too big, making for an uncomfortable fit. Although the ankle section with the buckle could be fixed by adding additional holes, it was unclear how to remedy the issue with the T strap.

I debated sending the shoes back, but due to the lengthy shipping time and poor packaging, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. It should be noted that I typically wear a size 9US women's shoe, sometimes even a 9.5 or 10, depending on the brand and shoe type, so it was surprising that the largest size available was still too big for me.

In terms of shipping time, I was aware that packages could take up to a month and had no issue with the timeframe. In fact, the shoes arrived before the dress and the shipping facility even held onto the shoes until the dress came in, which was a nice gesture.

Overall, Retro Stage has some decent quality dresses, but the shoes may require some additional attention to fit comfortably.

Retro Stage Retro Stage Review: Black Houndstooth Swing Dress & Petticoat – Perfect Vintage Style!

I recently purchased the "Black 1950s Plaid Swing Dress" from Retro Stage (retro-stage.com) and I must say I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. Upon receiving the dress, I realized that the plaid design I thought I ordered was actually a houndstooth print, but I still loved it nonetheless. Additionally, I bought the long black petticoat to go along with the dress and it completely elevated the look, I highly recommend it if you plan on purchasing a swing dress from their website.

One thing I always do before buying clothes online is to check the size chart because I know that sizes can vary greatly between different brands and makers. I make sure to steer clear of US equivalent sizes since they are not always a reliable guide. Instead, I take the measurements of my current body (bust, waist, and hip) and then choose the biggest option out of those three measurements. For instance, in my case, my hips measured at their size XXL, my waist at their size L, and my bust at their size XL, so I went with size XXL to ensure a comfortable fit. It's crucial to measure your body before clicking on a size because your body measurements can change over time.

According to the website, delivery would take between 10-15 business days, and to my delight, the package arrived on the 10th business day. As for the dress itself, it was a tad stiff, almost as if it had been starched, but I figured it would soften up after washing it a few times. The fabric had a bit of stretch to it, so I could have opted for the XL size, but my preference was to avoid tight-fitting outfits.

I did have a question about care instructions, so I reached out to their customer service team via email, and they promptly replied the next business day with the answer I needed.

All in all, I am thrilled with my purchase from Retro Stage. The dress is as advertised, shipping was prompt, and the customer support was prompt and useful. I can't wait to place my next order with them and add more fantastic vintage-style dresses to my collection.

Retro Stage Beware of Retro Stage: Deceiving Images, Poor Quality, & Subpar Customer Service

I recently had the opportunity to shop at Retro Stage, and unfortunately my experience fell short of my expectations. Upon browsing their website, I was impressed by the aesthetically pleasing dresses they had to offer and was eager to place an order.

However, upon receiving my purchase, I was thoroughly disappointed. The dress I had received appeared to be nothing like what was advertised online. The quality of the garment was unbearably low, and the dress itself felt cheap and resembled more of a costume than an actual article of clothing. To make matters worse, there were numerous strings hanging off of it which only added to the already poor execution.

In an attempt to rectify this issue, I contacted customer service hoping to receive a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory.

The representative I spoke with, Bree from the Customer Service Department, offered me an $8 refund and suggested that I keep the dress as a solution to my problem. However, this was not the resolution I had hoped for, and upon requesting a full refund, I was disappointed to find that the company required me to pay for return shipping.

Even after stating my dissatisfaction with the product and noting their policy that states a full refund should be issued if the item is "faulty or damaged due to our fault," my requests were still denied, leaving me with a poorly-made and unusable dress that cost me more to return than it did to purchase.

Retro Stage Retro Stage Clothing Review: Sizing Issues and Frustrating Return Costs

Recently, I had a rather frustrating experience with Retro Stage Clothing store. After receiving my purchase of two dresses, I was disappointed to have to pay 150 skr for customs. According to their size chart and my measurements (Bust 98 cm, waist 79 cm, hips 103, and height 169 cm), I should have been a size large - but upon trying on the dresses, the fit was anything but correct. In fact, I would have needed at least four extra boobs to fill out one of the dresses, and the other looked like an old lady's swimsuit that could fit twice my size. Frustrated with my purchase, I reached out to Retro Stage's Customer Service Department via email.

I was in touch with Bree, who offered to apply a $5 refund if I kept the item to solve the problem or else return it to receive a full refund. However, the cost of return shipping would have to be paid by me, and I could not be sure I would get a refund if the items were not in good condition. As much as I appreciate the offer of a $5 refund, it did not seem like a viable solution. I reached out to Bree again, asking if they could send me a dress that was made according to their description and size chart on their website since returning a faulty product would cost me just as much as the dresses themselves.

Although I did not receive the outcome I had hoped for, I applaud Retro Stage's customer service team for responding to my emails in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed with the sizing of their products, and the costs associated with returning faulty products. Despite my one-time negative experience, I do appreciate the unique and whimsical designs offered by Retro Stage, and I hope they can rectify their sizing issues to provide their customers with a top-notch shopping experience.

I recently ordered a dress from Retro Stage and unfortunately, my experience with the company did not meet my expectations. Firstly, it took over 3 weeks for my dress to arrive, even though it was shipped from China and I live in China, which is far too long in my opinion. To make matters worse, it wasn't until almost two weeks after I placed my order that I was finally provided with a tracking number, which was completely useless as it never even worked.

Upon receiving the dress, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. There were loose threads and the stitching was bad. Furthermore, I ordered an XL size dress, but it didn't even fit me. I was really looking forward to wearing this dress as a treat to myself during these difficult times of the CoViD-19 pandemic, but instead, it has left me feeling frustrated and upset.

I was also disappointed with the customer service I received from Retro Stage. When I reached out to them on multiple occasions, I didn't receive any helpful updates or assistance. The only response I got was that I would receive an update soon. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel my order that I finally received my useless tracking number.

After all of these problems, I reached out to Retro Stage demanding a replacement or refund. The customer service representative offered me a 5-dollar refund and a 10% off coupon for a future purchase, or the option to return the dress for a full refund. However, I would have to pay for return shipping and provide a working tracking number - something that Retro Stage failed to do for me in the first place. This was a disappointing response and left me feeling like I had wasted my money on this low-quality product and poor customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend Retro Stage. The delivery time was slow, the quality of the product was poor, the sizing was wrong and the customer service was inadequate. I feel as though I have wasted my money on this purchase and will not be shopping with Retro Stage again.

My experience with Retro Stage (retro-stage.com) was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I had ordered a dress from their Shopify store and was initially excited to receive it, but 30 days passed and I still had not received any shipping notifications. It wasn't until I reached out to the Retro Stage team that they informed me that the dress I had ordered was temporarily out of stock. I found this extremely frustrating as their website stated that their business was located in California, but I had received emails from them well beyond California business hours. The English in their emails was also far from perfect, further fueling my skepticism that I was dealing with a drop shipped product from China.

When the dress finally arrived, I found the quality to be extremely poor. I am 5'6" and 120lbs, and had ordered the smallest size available (a US size 4), but it was still much too big for me. The belt that came with the dress was even larger and was completely unwearable. Multiple parts of the dress were frayed and the quality of the material was very low. Upon reaching out to Retro Stage to attempt to return the dress, I was shocked to find that I would be responsible for the full cost of return shipping, which was over $60 CAD. This made it nearly impossible for me to return the dress and get my money back.

I even tried to negotiate with their customer service team, but to no avail. In fact, they offered me a $7 refund to keep the dress, which was utterly unacceptable given the quality and lack of sizing accuracy. I ultimately had to settle for a $15 refund and decided to keep the dress, despite its poor quality and incorrect sizing.

It's essential to warn others about the poor quality of Retro Stage's products and their terrible customer service. I would advise anyone against shopping with them because, as I have learned, expect to wait months to receive your item, expect difficult returns if needed, and the products' sizing and material will likely be a far cry from what is advertised.

Retro Stage Disappointing Experience with Retro Stage: Delayed Delivery and Confusing Tracking

I recently made a purchase on Retro Stage for my daughter's upcoming school year. I wanted to make sure she had high-quality dresses that would last her throughout the year. When my daughter showed me the website, I was pleasantly surprised by the adorable dresses they had available. They were perfect for her vintage style, and we decided to go all out and spend a total of 205 dollars. We even got a 12 dollar flapper dress as part of the purchase.

However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the package didn't arrive on time. We were supposed to receive it on August 8th, but it's already August 20th, and we still haven't received it. My daughter checks the mail every day, hoping to see the package, but it's nowhere to be found. It's heartbreaking to see her disappointment, as she was so excited to wear these vintage pieces to school.

To make matters worse, tracking the package has been a nightmare. We use the "Shop" app to follow the package, but it's so confusing. One day it's in Taiwan, the next day it's in California, and then it's back in Taiwan. It's been a frustrating experience, and we regret making this purchase.

If I had known what we know now, we would have never made this purchase. I recommend trying Unique Vintage or any other website that you trust. Don't waste your money on Retro Stage. It's been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

Save your money and time by avoiding Retro Stage!

I had a very frustrating shopping experience with Retro Stage when I ordered a set of dresses from their website a month ago. Despite the potential delay caused by the COVID19 pandemic, the real issue was the company's insufficient communication with their customers about shipping. I paid for expedited shipping, but they didn't deliver as promised. What's worse is that I couldn't even get a refund for the extra money I spent on it.

When I tried to reach out to them to inquire about the status of my order, they were extremely unresponsive. The emails I received had a lot of typos and grammatical errors and the company didn't directly respond to my questions about shipping and delivery expectations. This led me to feel like they didn't care about my order, and as if they were very unprofessional in general.

What also bothers me about Retro Stage is that they produce their items in China. I worry about how the workers are being treated there, and I wonder how they can make money by selling low-priced clothing on their website and still provide good working conditions. Given the poor quality of communication, I can't have confidence in what they're claiming to be doing.

In short, I do not recommend Retro Stage for online shopping. Instead of buying from this unprofessional company, I'd advise you to save your money and go for a more reliable source. Spend a little more on something you can depend on rather than risk disappointment here.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Retro Stage. As someone who is a big fan of retro fashion, I was excited to discover their website and browse their extensive selection of dresses. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I placed an order for two dresses totaling over $115, and never received them.

After contacting FedEx, I was informed that my package had been lost in transit. I reached out to Retro Stage for a solution, but was met with a total lack of empathy or understanding. Instead of offering to refund my money or send replacement dresses, I received multiple generic emails that made it clear that I was dealing with an automated system rather than an actual customer service representative. It seemed like they were not interested in finding a resolution to my problem. In fact, I even began to suspect that "Bree" may not be a real person at all, but just a computer-generated name used to respond to customer inquiries.

One of the most frustrating things about my experience with Retro Stage was the fact that I did not realize until after I placed my order that they ship from China. Had I known this, I might have thought twice about making a purchase from them. In the end, I had to dispute my payment through my credit card company, which was a huge headache and definitely not how I wanted to spend my time.

Retro Stage Retro Stage Review: A Mix of Pros and Cons in Our Shopping Experience

On a recent online shopping spree with my daughter, we stumbled across Retro Stage (retro-stage.com) and couldn't resist the temptation to order a 1920's style flapper dress with accessories. The prices seemed reasonable and we were excited to add to our vintage-style collection. However, our experience with Retro Stage had its ups and downs.

We placed our order on April 29, 2020, and waited anxiously for the dress to arrive. When it finally did arrive on May 25, 2020, we were disappointed to find some pulled fringes at the bottom, and several pulled/hanging threads, as evidenced in the photos we posted. While the dress itself was pretty and lined, we were disappointed in the quality control of the product before being shipped.

Regarding the fit, the dress ran slightly larger than described but was not a full size off. We would recommend following the sizing chart as it ran pretty true to size, and looked lovely on my daughter.

Our biggest challenge with Retro Stage was the shipping process. We were not aware that the item was being shipped from China, and the delivery took an excruciatingly long time. The item was shipped via DHL, which was not our preferred delivery method, and we would caution other buyers to be aware of these potential pitfalls when placing an order.

In sum, while Retro Stage offers cute items, we had reservations about ordering from them in the future due to the delayed delivery, and the quality issues with the product as received. However, if you are willing to make your purchase well in advance, and don't mind a little extra fraying, this could be a site worth considering for your vintage fashion needs.

Retro Stage Disappointing Experience with Retro Stage: Misleading Timeframes and Unhelpful Customer Service

After having a terrible experience with Retro Stage, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. The processing and shipping timeframes are completely misleading – they claim to process orders within 1-2 days and offer shipping within 6-9 days, but the reality is quite different. A customer service representative named "Bree" told me that processing actually takes 3-6 days and shipping can take up to 15 days. That's a huge discrepancy compared to what's advertised on their website!

To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely unhelpful. I've contacted them multiple times asking for a supervisor, but Bree refuses to transfer me and instead sends irrelevant information without addressing my concerns. I've asked for a return label since they didn't deliver or process my order within their promised timeframe, but I've had no luck in getting a refund for a product I was unable to use.

Beyond the poor customer service, the dresses themselves are of low quality and run incredibly small. If you do choose to order from Retro Stage, I recommend ordering at least two sizes up. However, I wouldn't recommend risking it and having to deal with their dishonest and unhelpful staff. Instead, I suggest looking for dresses elsewhere – Amazon is a great option! Their quality is top notch, sizing is accurate and shipping is fast. Not to mention their customer service is great!

In short, I regret not doing enough research on Retro Stage before making a purchase and I highly recommend avoiding this sketchy site. If you do decide to take the risk, be prepared for terrible customer service, misleading processing and shipping times, and subpar product quality. And as for "Bree", unless I receive a refund and a return label, I do not want to hear anything further from her.

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Retro Stage (retro-stage.com). While the website claims to be based in the United States, I quickly discovered that my order was actually being shipped from Hong Kong. Despite being promised 2-8 day US shipping, the confirmation email revealed that my dress wouldn't even be processed for 1-4 business days.

To make matters worse, I received yet another email the next day confirming that my order had shipped, but with a "new" delivery date of 8-12 business days by expedited shipping. As someone who needed the dress for an event in less than 24 hours, this was unacceptable.

I contacted customer service hoping for a quick solution, but my first email went unanswered. Three days later, I received a reply informing me that the team would be out of the office for the weekend and a holiday (which was news to me). Days turned into a week, and I eventually received two more emails with tracking information stating that my dress was still in Hong Kong.

Unsurprisingly, I had to purchase a dress from a different company that actually delivered as promised. I am incredibly disappointed by Retro Stage's false advertising and terrible customer service. I caution potential buyers to do their research and consider going to a more reputable company when making their purchases.

I am curious to see how quickly Retro Stage will issue me a refund for this debacle. Overall, my experience with Retro Stage was incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had high hopes for Retro Stage and their vintage-inspired fashion, but my recent experience with them has left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite paying for expedited shipping, my dress arrived three days later than the latest estimated delivery date. I had a terrible experience with Retro Stage, a popular online store that offers vintage clothing options for those who love the look and style of the past. I don't usually read reviews before making purchases, but this time I didn't pay attention and that was a huge mistake. I spent a total of $300 on dresses back in January with the intention of using them as a gift for my birthday celebration. However, it is now almost April and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking information that I have doesn't give me much hope either. It shows that my order left China and has been shipped all around the US to different states, but it's still not on its way to me.

After reading the reviews, I am thoroughly disappointed and heartbroken. I feel cheated and don't believe the company is being held accountable for its actions. If I don't receive my dresses soon or if I do, and they are all too small or terribly made, I am prepared to take legal action. I was told that the company is based in California, but that is hard to believe since their actions are not aligning with such claims.

I'm sure that the few positive reviews found on their website or other platforms are biased and most likely paid for. The fact that I'm out $300 and have waited for months without getting my order makes me sick to my stomach. I'm sure that anyone who has gone through a similar experience understands how I feel.

Recently, I had the chance to order three dresses from Retro Stage, and I was excited about the possibility of donning some vintage-inspired outfits. I carefully checked the size chart before making my purchase and was hopeful that the items would fit just right.

When the package arrived, I tried on the first dress and was pleased to discover that it fit me perfectly. However, when I attempted to zip up the other two dresses, I found that they were too small. Concerned about the sizing issue, I reached out to Retro Stage's customer service team via email to see if I could initiate a return or exchange for larger sizes.

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team was less than ideal. One representative, Deb, seemed to be unresponsive and indifferent to my needs. Despite my ups and downs with Deb, I persisted in trying to find out more information about returning or exchanging these items for larger sizes. It was not a smooth experience, and I felt like I had to repeat myself multiple times when explaining that I had two items to return, not just one.

One of my most significant concerns about Retro Stage's customer service was the cost of the exchange. I was shocked to discover that they were going to charge me $35 for the exchange process. I had never before encountered another company that required customers to pay for exchanges, and I found it to be quite frustrating. Moreover, I was outside of the 15-day return window when I received a partial refund offer of $21. While I preferred to return the items rather than accept a partial refund, I felt resigned to accept the offer given the time that had already passed.

Overall, I was disappointed with my interactions with Retro Stage's customer service team. I won't be ordering again from this company, simply because I believe there are other retail options that provide better customer support. Should you choose to order from Retro Stage, be aware that there is a possibility that you might have issues - and poor customer service as a result.

Retro Stage Beware of Retro Stage: Unprofessionalism, Cheap Quality, and No Customer Support

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Retro Stage, and I must say, it was not a good one. I had a conflict with them for months regarding an order I had placed with them. Despite having proof that I had contacted the logistics department in my country, they kept insisting that it was my responsibility, and the package had been sent back to them.

I was shocked to learn that this Chinese company hired a shipping company with no tracking system, and so when the package got lost, I was blamed for it. They refused to take responsibility and investigate the matter, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund or compensation, they refused and did not respect my rights as an international customer. They even ignored my request to cancel the order when I found out that it was being shipped from China.

The quality of their clothes was also very cheap, and I noticed that they had ripped off designs from other brands. I warn everyone to be careful when dealing with this company, as they are not honest in their dealings.

What I found even more shocking was that when I shared my opinion, they dared to report it as spam. I believe that as customers, we have the right to share our honest thoughts about products and services. However, it seems that Retro Stage does not share this sentiment.

In conclusion, I advise you to stay away from Retro Stage. They are not a US or EU-based company, and everything is shipped from China, something you only find out after you pay. In my case, they used a non-tracking delivery option, which was the cheapest way possible. This was their fault, yet they accused me of not doing my part.
