I am a realtor that was using Resultli for marketing purposes. I found that customer service was excellent, however, the product just didn't really help me all that much. I kept it for about 2 months but didn't see an acceptable return on my investment so I ended up cancelling. I will say, I had to set and listen to the phone ring for about 10 minutes before someone picked up. Come to find out, 3 months later, I was still being charged $500/month. So I called in, (again, the 10 minutes of ringing before a pickup) because I was pissed off and to demand a refund for the past 3 months they had been charging me. I really wanted to be mad but when I did call, and explain my frustration and anger about them taking money from me, the guys was patient with me and he was able to go into the system and pull up the phone call I had made 3 months prior where I did cancel and immediately notified me that they would be refunding me but that he had to get manager approval and let me know that he'd call me back in about 15 minutes to confirm and let me know once approval was obtained. About 5 minutes later, he did just that. I can't really vouch for the product, because like some others have said, I didn't see a single damn ad, or anything other piece of actual advertisement that reached potential clients. They sent me reports showing that I had had these thousands and thousands of "interactions" with people and that my ads got these thousands and thousands of views, and the report broke down how many views I got by gender, age, etc. but there was really no way for me to confirm these numbers were real or not. All I know is that I never got any business by way of Resultli. And $500 or even $200 is a lot to be paying for something with no ROI. So I can't vouch for the product, but I can vouch for the customer service and the fact that they stuck to their word when it came to my money. Not saying other complaints aren't absolutely valid, but just giving my experience with this company. To be honest, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Misleading individuals with false advertising claims to exclusively run ads solely on Resultli's platform. This is a deceptive tactic as you can easily accomplish this task independently.

This company is a complete scam. Mislead about advertising plus would not let me cancel per email.

This company did not allow me to cancel...I didn't receive 1 lead. I tried to cancel by phone and email over a month ago! Totally scammed me! Buyer beware! Disputing my charges. Not even worth 1 star!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. These are snake oil salesmen who do not deliver and will trick you into extended contracts. I wish I had heeded the warnings of previous reviewers. Please do yourself a favor and do not subscribe with this company. Complete waste of money with zero return

I had a really good experience with this company! The sales representative was extremely kind and patient with all the questions I had for him. The ad was built for me earlier then expected, about 48 hours. I did receive several phone calls through out the month of March that were a result of this campaign that were dispersed to my agents!

Spent a $1000 trying this out. We are able to track new/returning visits to our website and this $1000 made nearly zero impact. Supposedly I was getting 30,000+ people seeing my add per month and in 5 weeks we had 3 new people visit our website. I am a fairly new agent and was hoping to drive some traffic my way but this did not do what I was hoping. Their pitch is that if you stay for three months then that is when you really start seeing the results, not sticking around to find out!

This company took my money on March 5th and I never heard back from them. They begin with a friendly sales person who tells you that for $199.00 per month you will get thousands of hits. They then transfer you to another sales person who promises you 8,000 hits for only $499.00 per month. I have cancelled my service with them and I'm advising anyone who gets a call from them that you are wasting your money and time. I believe that any positive reviews are from people that work for them.

Agreed to the $500 service where they guaranteed 32,000 views. I did not receive one call or lead that was generated by this service. I had a family emergency and had to cancel the service before they charged me another $500 but then because I had canceled they immediately let me know they no longer had to prove the views. I feel as if I spent that money for nothing and they don't even have the decency to at least hold up their end of the deal. Save your money, and skip out on this service.

DO NOT .. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS unless you have money to totally throw away. I have subscribed to multiple lead generating sites in the past and this is BY FAR the worst experience in 20 years. Staff is very convincing when they are getting their money. Very courteous but a tad pushy initially. Supposed 19,000+ hits did not yield a single phone call, text or email. Hard to believe huh. Especially in the HOT real estate market. I WILL SPEND MY MARKETING DOLLARS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE IN THE FUTURE

This company is a complete hoax. I stupidly signed up with them back in mid-September - it took over 5 weeks to get my first ad copy correct - they would get one thing right and then when sent for approval something else would be changed and would have to be sent back for correction. This went on for several weeks. Once we got the ad correct I asked that my first months fee be refunded - they would hear nothing of this and gladly offered to cancel my subscription. I am in the process of contesting my charges with my credit card. DO NOT USE!

Scam artists. They sell you a month at an affordable entry rate. Zero calls/emails. Then, OH!, did we mention that you need to do 3-4 months before you see any traffic? Zero calls/emails. Then, OH!, it's your fault Mr. Customer because your ad is suffering from "stale ad syndrome", so why don't we change it and charge you for another month. Me: How about you guys give me a month free since I've paid for it if I get this "traction" you keep promising, then I'm obviously going to willingly pay for good performance, right?" Nope - best we can do is offer you a less costly plan. Save your money - skip these clowns.

Easy to work with by phone. I had an ad to proof right away but I could have had many going at the same time but I found emailing and calling to get my ads done was not efficient. Would be so much better with a website that I could use to add and edit them. I also find it hard to believe that the numbers of views they claim are real. How do they actually prove that my ad was seen that many times ( over 19000) They sent a report but it was just numbers on a chart that could have come from anywhere. No actual leads came in or contacted me. They could be legit but I dont like to spend my advertising dollars on something so vague and uncheckable.

Total waste of money and time. I signed up for the premium view plan that was supposed to target sellers in the area and based on their "algorithm" I had pre-paid for 4 months and got zero results. They send you a cookie cutter report that says how many views, and how many are male/female and age ranges. I asked what is your click-through rate? What is the number of unique views? Where are my ads being shown? These are basic questions that need and should be answered. They could not give me any of that and kept telling me I was in the sweet spot and results are around the corner and people are starting to engage with my ads. I said if they are engaging with the ad, then I would have some new leads. They said we cannot guarantee results, I said result is in your name and you should be able to. Do not go with these people. They sell you a load of goods, package it in a report that is meaningless and provide no true value. RUN

Resultli AKA First Local is a complete FRAUD! I accidentally contacted the recruitment team and spoke to a representative named Tumas. Phone number ***. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful. When I told him I didn't want to upgrade and would stick to the $139 plan, he insisted that I couldn't! I had to inform him that I was involving my broker, and only then did he reluctantly agree to "resend" my confirmation, which I never received, and advised me not to contact that number again. Instead, he instructed me to call the 800 customer service number. After that call, I conducted further research and discovered that First Local is actually Resultli. Then I came across all the previous comments. I immediately called the 800 number to cancel my membership. This time, I informed the representative right away that my broker was on the call with us. We then initiated the cancellation process. After canceling, I finally received my original sign-up confirmation email. Isn't that ironic? However, I never received the cancellation email. I called back again, and it was eventually manually sent. The bottom line is, AVOID USING THIS SERVICE or any of their affiliates. DECEPTIVE!

RESULTLI AGREED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $339, AS THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT WERE PROMISED. THE INITIAL TWO CHARGES WERE FOR NOVEMBER 20TH. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO TELL THEM THEY DID NOT REFUND ME AS THEY PROMISED, THEY PROMISED AGAIN TO DO THE FULL REFUND. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

I paid Resultli 1299.00 on 2/10 to set up a website with them. While they set up meetings to discuss the design and kept promising that I would receive a document to sign which authorized them to access my multiple listing service, MARIS, I still have not received it and I still have no website. I've notified them multiple times, by email, that I haven't received it and am told they will check into it; but never hear back. They make it almost impossible to reach a specific person as no one seems to have a direct line. When you call and ask for a specific person, they aren't available. I also paid them 499.00 on 2/2 for marketing ads and have received absolutely no leads; nor do I have a way to check that the ads are actually being placed. They tell me it's not possible to provide that proof.
