Renta review: Refrigerator

I have a refrigerator from Renta center location Rialto, CA that has not been working I have made several attempts to call the store location with no answer so, I then contact the corporate office and have made a complaint asking if they would have someone contact me the man agent that took my call said that someone will call me Re: Refrigerator within 24 to 48hrs. they finally return my call and tell me that that someone will be out the next day between 2-6pm I take off work no one showed so I call again still no answer I contact corporate for the second time the agent again apologizes for what has happened and assured me they are sending me a new refrigerator the following day I call off work no show this would be my 3rd attempt Corporate office takes my call and informed me that my account noted that they have brought me a loaner No, No that's not right because I don't have anything but my broken appliance. still waiting this will be the 2nd week 13days.
