I bought a pack of LG LT1000P Refrigerator Water Filter from their website. They sent me LG LT700P, but it came in an LT1000P box. I tried reaching out to them, but they didn't reply.

They sent me two Ge filters for refrigerator. Both jammed my waterline. I know how to replace these and have had success for years...until now. Something wrong here. I suspect fake filters.

The second time I bought LG LT700P from them, no complaints. Filter works good and the water tastes good. The first time the delivery was long, this time it was delivered in 4 days. Nice bonus. Thanks!

I ordered 4 *** filters and got 'em all. They look just like the ones I'd get from ***, but cheaper! I've seen folks talkin' 'bout international fees, but I didn't get hit with that. Got my stuff on time too. I'll be comin' back for sure!

I didn't even give them a star. They sold me fake Samsung water filters that look just like the real ones, except they don't have the security authentication magnet. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. They put my family's health at risk. I have two kids who are under 4 years old. They deserve to be sued.

I read all the reviews and was really worried about my order. But I did get my filters on time. They seem legit, so I'm happy about that. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I got charged extra on my credit card for an international fee. So I guess this company isn't in the USA or something? ?

I red the negativ reviews before buying. But still took a chance, cuz the price is very tasty. And I was suprised that I received a really original, in just 3 days to Florida. So I think the negativ reviews were dishonest. Especially the one in which we are talking about honest Putin and Russia, when the whole world knows about their lies about the war with Ukraine. I recommend this seller.

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with this Refrigerator Filter Store. I ordered the LG LT1000P Refrigerator Water Filter, 3 pack from their website 'cause the price was way cheaper than on the official LG site. But let me tell ya, what I got was a bunch of phony baloney filters. They came in LG packaging, but there were some noticeable differences, ya know? The label on the filter didn't match the legit LG filter label on the packaging, and it looked like it was printed with one of them inkjet printers. And get this, the filter was way lighter and felt empty compared to the real deal LG filter. I took a closer look, and guess what? No unique serial numbers like the real LG filter that was already in my fridge. So, I reached out to the company, but they didn't even bother to respond. Can you believe that? I just wanna give y'all a heads up about this scam. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is...

Ordered (#***) 2x *** DA29-00020B HAF-CIN/EXP refrigerator water filters on 8th of August 2022. Good news: no issues with order processing and product delivery. Bad news: since learned that both filters were fakes/imitations, one of which even after proper installation caused a moderate water leak from my refrigerator and resulted in damaged our hardwood flooring (3' x 4' area). One major sign of authenticity is how the filter is packed when removed from its box. Filter will be sealed in plastic wrap with a plastic cap screwed onto the o*** (i.e., opposite of the side that displays "lock"). You should find in the contents of box 1) authentication tag, 2) magnet, and 3) instructions. None of the three items came with filters I ordered, there was no plastic wrap, and a small square indentation was not present on the line running the circumference of filter. It's interestin that the day they responded to the complaint from Natasha, they suddenly get a 5-star rating to balance out the 1-star she gave them. I, too, can back up what she is saying.

I had someone that deals with LG filters and appliances tell me that the 3 pack of filters that I purchased are counterfeit.

The filters look similar but are slightly smaller in size and circumference. They do not have any lot numbers printed on them. The instructions are printed on slightly thinner and cheaper stock paper. The product box does not have the Genuine LG seal on it. The filters feel lighter than the original LG filters I had been using.

When I purchased the filters, the charge showed up as "international transaction." The package came wrapped up in a ridiculous amount of packing tape, as if it were shipped by a 6 year old. I looked up the address and used Google Street View to see that the location was a small store front shipping type store unrelated to this company.

Finally, when I submitted a 1-star review on their website questioning whether or not the filters were counterfeit, my review was deleted in less than 24 hours and I credit has appeared on my account. Hopefully, the credit will actually go through because there is no doubt these are counterfeit and I do not know what's inside the filters.

I'm sure someone from this company will eventually see this and appear on ComplaintsBoard.com's site and claim I was not a customer. Well, unlike Putin and Russia, you can't scrub the truth from people and real life. Buyers beware. You are not getting what you think you are.

Refrigerator Filter Store sells fake GE filters. They use GE's photos of the real filters on their website to sell them to customers. However, the filters they send you are not genuine. Their counterfeit filters don't resemble the real ones or the photos they took from the GE website. When you try to warn others by posting a review, they promptly remove it. Moreover, they fail to respond to your emails.

Refrigerator Filter Store is not a reliable place to purchase filters. They claim to sell genuine GE filters, but the filters they actually send you are fake. These counterfeit filters are quite different from the real ones and don't resemble the photos they took from the GE website. It's quite disappointing that I wasted $66.00 on filters that are ineffective and not authentic. Moreover, their customer service is unresponsive as they fail to answer emails.

They did send me tracking info when it was shipped, but the tracking keeps showing different places in *** like out for delivery and then back to distribution centers, but it hasn't left New York. Ordered a *** HAF-QIN filter and when it arrived, I followed the directions to flush the system, but there was still a weird taste. Tried flushing again, but no luck. Then, I got a *** HAF-QIN filter from *** and it came with a magnet and sticker to check if it's real. The one I got from Refrigerator Filter Store didn't have any of that. Their return policy only covers unopened items, but I didn't know it was a fake until I bought a real filter from an authorized *** seller. When I tried to find my order info, the website couldn't find anything. The package didn't even have an invoice, just the return address of "***, ***".

Free shippin' ain't really free if I gotta pay for somethin' I never got and can't even file a claim. I saw some complaints about the company on the BB website, so I emailed them to cancel my order and get a refund for the purchase price and foreign transaction fee. *** from the company emailed me back and said they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been shipped. They asked for my PayPal account to refund the $2 transaction fee, but I didn't give it to them because I told them they already had my information from the order. The order arrived on 4/22/22, and I checked all 3 filters. Unfortunately, all 3 of them are counterfeit filters and not the original *** filters that were described on the website. I know they're counterfeit because the original *** filters have a magnet and a removable sticker on them. When you place the sticker over the magnet, green lines should show up. None of the filters I received had a magnet in the box or a sticker to test for authenticity. These are definitely good counterfeits that they're selling. I emailed *** at the company again, asking for a prepaid return label and a full refund of the entire purchase price. However, I haven't received a response or a prepaid return label from the company yet.
