I bought a pair of Reebok Easy Tones, I wore them for my 1 hour a day walk for 4 weeks. The bottom of the shoe wore off into the air pocket of the sole and the shoes were not longer any good. I exchanged them for another pair and the same thing is happening again, these shoes are 4 day away from being 4 weeks old. I love the shoes and feel the difference walking in them but I can not afford $99.00 every 4 weeks for shoes. I am very disappointed and I'm sure this is happening to others. I think Reebok should have to make a better product.

My first pair lasted less than 4 weeks before the left foot deflated (both pockets); the store replaced them; but this second pair lasted just under 2 months...! I will get them replaced by the retailer again...

I'm on my second pair of easytones, first pair lasted 4 mths and second pair 7mths before deflating and rendered useless.I paid 99 euro for the first pair. The store replaced them, I hope they will replace the second pair and I will certainly not be purchasing them again.

$100 is to expensive for a product that does not last after four weeks.

I Haven't even had mine for a month, and my right shoe felt funny today, looked down, and sure enough, no more air pockets.
it sucks, i LOVE these shoes... i can definately feel a difference in walking, which is all i use them for. walking to and from work, and at work, where i mostly have a desk job. they should definately last more than 3.5 weeks.

UPDATE: I emailed Reebok about the shoe deflation problem but never heard back from them (3 months ago). I decided to take them back to the store, without a box or receipt to see what they said. The store (Shoe Carnival) replaced them no questions asked. The manager told me he wasn't aware of any deflation problems when he authorized a swap but the cashier said she had heard a lot of bad things about the Easytones. New pair so far seems to be holding air.

This is what I found from the corporate website. Mine lasted nine months, one deflated I wear them at least 27 hours a week on my feet and walk at least 6 miles. I am going to try and return them at the store I bought them at, if they don't exchange them, I will still buy another pair.
This is what I found from the corporate website.

I had the Reebok Easytone Reenew for about 3 months and wore them to work everyday where I walked around constantly for 8 hrs a day and they finally wore down. I guess I really didn't notice them deflating or anything just the tread finally wore down. I purchased another pair and have had them for a month with no problem. I was always told that if you walked everyday that you needed to replace your shoes every 3 months or so anyway. I really like mine. I do not like the look of the Sketchers.

Same problem. 3+ months of casual wear, minimal "walking" and my left shoe is completely flat. Sole is still fine though. Unless Reebok does something to rectify this, I will not buy from them again. Shoe has been very comfortable otherwise.

Husband bought a pair and he is fit and trim. 2nd month in and they blew out. So disappointed! I have a pair and am fearful they will blow out too. Is there not a warranty on these?

How fat are you people? I've had my Reebok Easy Toners for over a year. I wear them outside walking 2-3 miles five times a week and I have a pair I wear everyday to work where I am on my feet for 5-6 hours at a time. I no longer wear any other "tennis" shoes. I own two pairs of these and now own three pairs of their sandals. I love my "butt" shoes and have noticed a difference in my thighs and calves since putting them to use. I recommend them to everyone of my fellow walkers.

3/8/2011 - I just bought Easy Tone Smooth Fit Shoes (#[protected] and 8J42DDSW00118) as well 3 days ago, and yes, my left shoe has flattened. I am pleased with the workout I get in my legs, calves, toes, etc. the results were so incouraging I walked as well 1 hr daily after work. I even went to work and bragged about the shoes to my co-workers...I have my receipt and will attempt to take them back for an exchange or money back. Yes, Reebok please help your fans...Thank you...42 yr female, TX

I bought a pair about 3 weeks ago and the loops that hold the shoestring in pace just snapped off! I am so upset to pay $130.00 for shoes and I had such high hopes that the shoes would be what they advertised I threw away the reciept and the box! I wish they had a better guarantee. Now I am stuck with shoes that I cannot wear. Thanks Reebok, I am surely not about to but the clothes. Who knows what will happen!

I have the same issue. But mine however, started making a popping sound the SECOND time that I wore them! And the first day that I wore them was only for about 2 hours! I have NEVER spent so much money on shoes. But I did so thinking that I would get a quality product that would last a long time. I had no idea they would only last a few hours! VERY disappointed. They are still comfortable, but I sound ridiculous as I walk (pop pop pop)! Plus the effect of the "balance ball inspired technology" has totally been lost. Now I just have expensive ugly shoes.

The same thing happened to me. I'm an avid walker and after 5 months of walking 3 times per week the soles wore down to the bladder and I was left with a pair of deflated and unusable $100 walking shoes. The shoes toned my legs but I'm not about to plunk down another $100 for the bladders to leak again. I'll buy my next pair from somebody else, no more Reebok for me.

I have the same issue with the Easytone shoes and I agree that a company such as Reebok should have a better way of dealing with unsatisifed customers - the should allow the customers to return the shoes for a new pair if they want others to keep purchasing their products. They should stand behind their products considering the price the consumer has to pay for them.

I have the exact same issue with my Easytone shoes. I purchased a pair 2 months ago and the soles have worn down and deflated the air pockets rendering them useless. I assumed that buying them directly from the Reebok.com website would give me some insurance if there were ever a problem...I was wrong. I have made numerous attempts to send a message to customer service through their site, and every time I get the same page popping up saying there has been an internal error and a problem sending my message. The only alternative means of communication Reebok.com offers if you are having difficulty with their website is to send them a handwritten letter. Seriously Reebok? I would expect more from an International Fortune 500 company. I highly recommend producing a better product with lasting stability to your consumers if you don't want to lose brand loyalists and repeat customers. After viewing numerous websites filled with unhappy customer reviews stating the same issue with this shoe, it would be admirable of you to acknowledged this problem and posted a contact number on your website specifically designated to this concern.

i bought my easytones about 2 months ago. i am on my feet for 8-9 hours a day running around. the other day my left foot started hurting and feeling funny. when i got home i saw that the air pockets had completely deflated and were hard as a rock. It is ridiculous to think that a shoe that you pay $130 for is only good for a few months. I am so disappointed.

Interesting comments. I just purchased a pair and wore them for the first time this morning. Fifteen minutes into my walk it felt like all the air deflated out of my left shoe and about 30 mins in about 1/2 the air out of the right show. I was wondering if this was just all in my head, but when I got home I could clearly see that the air pockets were deflated. How disappointing.

I have the same issues but mine make a popping sound everytime I walk and I have only had them 6 months for which I only wear 2-3 times a week.
