The information was straightforward and easy to understand. Presentation was engaging. The lectureres on Chapter 16 Investment Properties were a bit dry and boring but so is the topic itself. No complaints considering I paid a fraction compared to what other courses charge. Never had to leave my home even for the final.

REALESTATEU was an awesome choice to get my real estate license! Every video was very detailed, it was great pricing and easy to follow. Scheduling the exams was also a click away once I finished the course. Everything was so quick and and user friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone else looking to get their license.

The NY real estate 75 hour course was an amazing course to take. There were great teachers that taught on all subjects and the course was very thorough. I learned a lot and was able to pass the NY state exam for on the first try! I definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to get their license. It's totally worth the money!

I took 3 months to study the course materials (at a relaxed pace) & after that I also purchased the Real Estate U test prep program. I think the practice exams are the reason I passed the state exam! I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to become a licensed agent in the state of New York. The instructors were great, especially Kristen Bacorn.

I really recommend RealEstateU. It was really easy to browse through the whole course, easy to study, easy to read and very affordable. I always thought about learning the real estate profession and so I took the Real Estate U course. Then went on to take the NYS test & passed. The Course was very good and thorough. Since passing the course in 2019 I been affiliated with a very nice firm & I have made 7 RE Deals this year. I would totally recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of pursuing Real Estate. Prepping with this course made me MORE than prepared for the state course. The state test was a breeze thanks to RealEstateU. I recommend them to everyone I know who tells me they want to be a Realtor. It was very affordable and convenient because I could study online at my own pace. I went through the course over about 4 weeks total as I was determined to get through it quickly. I'm really grateful that I found them!

I signed up for this course as it was recommended through my brokerage and fellow agents. I felt that the course was easy to navigate and had thorough course content. My first course was set to expire and I was able to email the contact info and get a response right away to approve an extension. It may have taken me two years to complete the course (I had a baby) but I finally finished it and passed my state exam with no issue! Also, yes, the web server that you use matters. Not an issue for me though.

First, I would like to say: Do not look at the length of the course. Embrace the length of the course. Once you get started you will be engulfed in learning and the time will pass quickly. Secondly, be engaged with what your learning here because in order to get to the next section you need to pass the quiz. Finally, don't be afraid to get answers wrong. During my practice exam I got a question wrong because it seemed like the correct answer to me at the time. During my state exam that wrong answer stuck with me and I got that answer correct. Oh yeah I passed the exam with flying colors. My knowledge about Real Estate is at a whole new level. RealestateU trust the process.

This happens to be my second course purchased at a great price, but the experience is priceless! The second course is based on passing the state exam and not one moment of the exam did I hesitate to answer with a doubt. Thank, this wonderful academy that gave me the confidence in career that started when I applied for my 75-hour class. Real Estate U was a great way for me to launch my career. It was easy to use, the teachers were great. I could easily go back to rewind if there was something I wanted repeated or didn't understand. I went back through the chapters and retook each chapter test in preparation for my final and I found that most useful. It would be nice if there was a way to interact if clarification is needed such as with a chat feature. Some of the quiz questions did not line up with course material and I think there was some updates that were made where questions did not reflect that. You can't beat the price! Overall this was a great value and time well spent where I could work at my own pace.

I loved the real-world experience of the instructional staff. I looked into some of their backgrounds, and intend to add them to my list of go-to experts in their disciplines once I begin selling. I am currently licensed in Wisconsin with 15 years of experience. I found NY state requirements for licensing much more demanding and would have failed without this instructional course. I am now more knowledgeable about my craft and have improved my practice in WI as a result of this course. I am going thru the course again this fall for a refresher and plan to open my business in NYC next year once it is safe to do so. Your instructional staff will be my first cold calls! I am so glad I found RealEstateU! This course allowed me to get my real estate license in NYS on my time. Because I work full time, the online classes allowed me the flexibility to work at my own pace during my free time. The instructors were very knowledgeable and the course was presented in an engaging way. The study guides and vocabulary in each module helped me pass the test on the first try. The major thing for me was the price! Because it was a fraction of what classes in my area cost, I was able to fulfill my dream of being a real estate salesperson without spending a ton of money to take the course. Anytime I had an issue (which was rare), I received a response within 24 hours and it was always resolved. Not everyone can do well with a self-paced online course. If you commit to the time it takes to complete the course, and are disciplined, you will have no issue. I have recommended this course to several people who have taken it and enjoyed it as well.

I had given up hope that I could pass the course work for the 75 hour certification courses required by NYS to become a real estate agent. I had previously used Real Estate Express which was 100% reading and provided mass quantities of information at one time and one test hopeful you retain all the information that was just rammed down your throat. This was not in line with my learning style but I knew nothing of any other options in the industry. I got to chapter 4 and called the whole thing quits. Then I found out about Real Estate U and the video first learning platform. This fell in line with my learning style and provided short bursts of information that guided me to success. This platform utilizes most of the professionals from NYC but also those in North Jersey and Upstate NY (where I am located.) Some information is not applicable to my area but is still part of the NYS exam. I was able to get thru the work in 1 month while juggling home life during Covid shutdown. I was also given the opportunity to have my final exam proctored electronically which was a home run! Very simple and easy to do and due to Covid shutdowns, this option made it possible to continue moving forward in obtaining my license. Passed my final the first time utilizing the study guide provided at the end of the coursework. Then I had an option to get the NYS final exam study guide and it was the best $45 I ever spent. The study guide removes the unwarranted noise of the test and focuses on only what is needed to pass the test. I was able to pass the exam on the first try. Without this organization and learning option I would have never obtained my license. Now I am licensed, signed with Berkshire Hathaway and am well on my way in my new career after being in advertising and marketing for 17 years. Thank You Real Estate U!
