I bought a set of wheels and tires from readywheels.com and they sent me the wrong set. I called them and the line was disconnected for 3 days. When i finally got through they told me i have to pay the shipping back and a restocking fee. i said to my self what a scam so i send them back and the tracking numbers say delivered but they tell me they never got them. so now i am filling a law suit with the state attorney, I also contacted my credit card company . also only one guy answers the phone, they are a scam stay away.
The same 'almost ' happened to me...I placed an order and was told later that the wheels I ordered was out of stock. I chose a different set of rims, and was told I would have them in 2 weeks. FOUR weeks later I called them and they said my order would ship this week. I told them to cancel my order. They said I would have to call their Service Department. I WAS TALKING with their Service Department. They said I would have to call back. I told them I was not going to call back, and I was giving them notice that I'm cancelling my order. My next call was to my Credit Card Company, instructing them not pay. Credit Card Company was excellent to deal with and removed the charge immediately.
Two days later, I received an email from Ready Wheels saying they never charged my credit card. BS! I have the bill in my hand with the charge from Ready Wheels.
THEY ARE A SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
This is a great review, because Ready Wheels is a scam. I ordered from them and was told that the wheels I ordered were not in stock. I told them to cancel my order and was told that they did. They still charged my credit card without permission. I was told they would be refunding my money, and a month later I still have not recieved it. Now they will not respond to emails or answer the phone.
I will never buy any tires from readywheel.com. I recently purchase tires from them and it was supposely to be arriving in 4-6 days with ground fed-ex. Well a week went by and nothing. I called them to see what is the status of the shipment. They notify me that it was not in stock. Seriously, what happen to call or e-mail the customer and notify them. At that point another set of tires will be ship and arrive in 4-6 days. Well, another week went by and nothing. I called again to see what was going on and they notify me that the tires were going to be sent out today. And that the tires will arrive in 3 days. I'm so irritated that I'm done waiting for something that should have been here already. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them unless they are willing to wait a long time. I would have wished I had read the comment above or other complaints about this company so I could have avoid a headache.
