I will never buy any tires from readywheel.com. I recently purchase tires from them and it was supposely to be arriving in 4-6 days with ground fed-ex. Well a week went by and nothing. I called them to see what is the status of the shipment. They notify me that it was not in stock. Seriously, what happen to call or e-mail the customer and notify them. At that point another set of tires will be ship and arrive in 4-6 days. Well, another week went by and nothing. I called again to see what was going on and they notify me that the tires were going to be sent out today. And that the tires will arrive in 3 days. I'm so irritated that I'm done waiting for something that should have been here already. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them unless they are willing to wait a long time. I would have wished I had read other complaints about this company so I could have avoid a headache.
I was looking for a wheel that I bent on the curve, any way I called everyone I found on line
And these companies would just no, sorry, don’t have it and hang up, so as a last resort
I called ready wheels and let me tell they went above and beyond to help me, they
Did not have the wheel or could get it due to the company that made my rims closed
Down, but the new manager found it on line for me, called me up and told where
I could get the rim I needed, . They did not make a penny off of me nor did they ask
For money, so he did all this work for free and in the end all he said was I ‘m glad I was
Able to help and feel free to call me anytime and have a very nice day.
I completely recommend Ready Wheels to anyone and everyone.
The manager is Really Good and very helpful, that’s the kind of person

I had the same issues with this company. Took 2 months to get the rims and tires and only 3 out of 4 arrived. Waited another month for the 4th wheel and tire to arrive. It was missing the center cap. I have been waiting for the center cap about 2 months now. Just went and bought one on e bay. They should change there name to Circus wheels. Bunch of clowns running the place. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Readywheels.com is not a reliable company. I placed an order for a wheel and tire package months ago, and have yet to receive my order. Called the toll free number, sent emails, and left messages, never get a call back. When someone finally answered the phone, I get lie after lie about the product delivery date. I contacted my credit card company, and I will let their fraud department deal with these bums! DO NOT ORDER FROM READYWHEELS.
This sucks I'm having a similar problem I ordered weeks ago they charged my card after I cancelled and then told me it would be $450 to cancel it what a joke they are threatening to put me into collections if I canceled what a joke of a business so the long and short is this place is a scam and I hope to stop people from ordering from them should have gone to the tire rack they were great but ready wheels is the worst hands down never shop there never believe them I think they must run this company out of a shed or something they lie about having things in stock but this is only the beginning of my rants so expect to see this everywhere on every site we as people need to put them out of business so people stop getting ripped off by this company
same deal here man just wasted 6 weeks on these ###ed site. ordered 6 weeks ago wheel and tire package, called about order got nothing but voice mail for a week and a half. finally got a person they told me the wheel I ordered was on back order, so I changed to something that was "in stock" at this point they charged my card again. called a week later again cause I had received nothing and they told me the computers were down and they would call me back next day, surprise no call. called again 5 days later was told it would be about 5 days til my order shipped. called again 7 days later was told my order was on hold because customs held over there shipping container and they couldn't access it. At this point I cancelled my order and ask for a complete refund. this company has deplorable customer service and even less concern for weather or not you even receive what you bought DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!
I too recently placed an order with the joke of a company "ReadyWheels.com". I placed my order on 3/16/12, and they took my money for the payment out of the bank that same day. I never received any confirmation email from them as a receipt for the payment. I had to call them and request a receipt be sent to my email. Here's the kicker, they placed a Fedex tracking number in the receipt to make it appear as if they would be shipping the order for the wheels I attempted to purchase. I called multiple times to check status of the order and 8 times out of 10 my calls went straight to voicemail. With NO RESPONSE BACK FROM READYWHEELS. Then when I did get some one on the phone, they used the excuse that I was sent a tracking number and I needed to be patient. This is a scam that Readywheels used on me to attempt to get me to stop calling. They claimed my order had already been shipped and I just needed to wait. I kept checking the Fedex website as I did not trust Readywheels associates lies. Each time Fedex site status remained the same "Package not released for shipment".
I called again to request information as to when and why my order had not been shipped. I was then placed on hold by a Readywheels rep for 45 minutes, and then hung up on! It has now been six weeks and I am now having to go to my financial institution to begin efforts of getting my money back from this negligent irresponsible joke of a company.
The BBB (Better Business Bureau) rates this company with an "F" rating. The worst rating possible and have recorded multiple issues that are identical to this issue I'm experiencing.
I'm sorry I ever dealt with this EXTREMELY POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY CALLED READYWHEELS.
