Raybe review: Customer service

This company is a scam, scam scam !

I ordered an item and was not satisfied with. It, reached out to Customer Service to return the item and was unsuccessful.

Their website says that you can reach out for exchanges or returns, and they did not fulfill that promise.

Whenever I would request a return, they would counter offer with very small dollar amounts not compared to the full amount of the item that I paid for. What company does that? Counter offers?

You either exchange or return the item for customers or not you don’t start to bargain with them. It was at that point I realized that they were not legit.

So be it I will eat the cost learning my lesson but I also want to put it out there. They also used my card that I chose to use for the purchase to fraud against my bank account and try to get away with that make note people don’t deal with this company. !

I have filed a complaint against them with Better Business Bureau and I will put all the notifications I can anywhere on social media so that people will be aware of what a scam this company is!
