This is a collection company that call no less than 4 times today. I was a heart patient with the original creditor *** Manshardi cardio Dr in ***. Collector has sent nothing in writing. I participated in Entresto study I was paid minimum fees.left Dr in good standing approx4 yrs ago. Collector states over $4k in collections, yet just 8 - 10 accounts only collections under $200.00 each

Upon receipt of this complaint, RCA contacted the creditor and requested itemized statements for the services rendered and a billing summary for all past due accounts. Once received by RCA the documents will be mailed to *** to the address in this complaint.
Under the circumstances, neither the *** nor the *** mandate that RCA remove the marks from *** Ilers credit reports.

The notice explains that if the consumer disputes the debt and/or requests validation, they must contact RCA within 30 days. If there is no response, the debt is deemed valid. The notice also states that the item will be listed with the credit bureau(s) if the consumer fails to fulfill the terms of their credit obligation. The account was ultimately reported to the credit bureaus on 07/08/2019.
Upon receipt of this complaint, RCA contacted the creditor and requested an itemized statement for the services rendered and a billing summary. These were received by RCA and mailed to *** on 05/17/2022.

These thieves are the scourge of the earth. Original *** was about $600, and now after they keep adding to the balance it's over $700.I decided to bite the bullet and get these jerks off my report so I called to square up...the thief on the other end of the line told me I owed them over $1000+ instead from "other accounts". Such scamming LIARS!They keep it alive by adding a dollar or two ever so often...how can this be legal? Where is the protection from these thieves? Please tell me where can I find it?

RCA has three outstanding accounts in our office for ***.
Two are currently being reported as bad debt and one is still owed, but out of statue for credit reporting.
The account was placed for collections on 03/26/2018 for services rendered to yourself on 07/26/2016. On 03/27/2018,RCA, as required, mailed *** notice of the debt. This notice was mailed to the same address provided by the original client and the same address on this Complaintsboard.com complaint. RCA has never received any indication that the address was incorrect through returned mail from the United States Postal Service.
The next was placed for collections on 10/16/2018 for services rendered to yourself on 04/06/2017. On 10/17/2018,RCA, as required, mailed *** notice of the debt. This notice was mailed to the same address provided by the original client and the same address on this Complaintsboard.com complaint. RCA has never received any indication that the address was incorrect through returned mail from the United States Postal Service.
RCA did not hear from *** until an electronic dispute was filed with the credit bureaus on 12/11/2019. Both accounts had ultimately reported to the credit bureaus on 05/24/2018 and 12/27/2018.
*** assets that RCA keeps adding to the balance. The client did not sell the debt to RCA. RCA works under contract with the client to collect on overdue bills.
The accounts in question were placed for collections on 11/12/2013, 03/26/2018 and 10/16/2018 in the amount of $100.00 for services rendered to *** on 04/10/2010 and the balance as of todays Complaintsboard.com response is $221.94, in the amount of $500.00 for services rendered on 03/26/2018 and the balance as of todays Complaintsboard.com response is $766.81 and for services rendered on 10/16/2018 in the amount of $35.00 and the balance as of todays Complaintsboard.com response is $53.22.
RCA is allowed to charge 10% interest annually, compounded daily, from the date of service per *** Law Ccp ***b. The current balance due of all accounts are $1,041.97.

I have sent different affirmed mail letters referring to guaranteeing and the strategy for how they maintained different phony and dangerous things on my credit report and have not gotten back anything in 35 days for these records that are doubtlessly off track and hoax records. This credit administrator is ignoring the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused an immense weight on my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was 01/21/2022. The extra record is the *** I transported off them.I DEMAND that everything is obliterated and in case move isn't made I will *** in little cases court in my city and the connection should come and address themselves.

Rash Curtis and Associates are grouping all collections account into one single account in their office and not removing individual accounts from my credit report as they are payed.

Acct# *** Client ID#: *** Total: $12.18 I have not been to *** in the last 25 years and have no affiliation with either company, yet they are sending me a collections notice and threatening to ding my credit. This is an obvious fraud screen and the *** Complaintsboard.com should prosecute both firms for business malfeasence. This is the third notice I have received from them and my time is more valuable than the amount due but it is the principle of the thing and the threatening language used which is misleading.

RCA has received all necessary documents and has forwarded this information to the original client for an investigation into the claim of ID theft.

Collection Agency contacted me by letter stating that I owed $29.95 to *** from services provided in 2017. I have never knowingly received medical services from this entity nor have I received any *** or account statement from ***. Contacted Makarios and they told me that they had not authorized Collection Agency to try to recover any balances less that $50. During call with Collection Agency, they misrepresented their client (told me it was West ***) and refused to provide contact information for *** saying that they were sole point of contact for this matter. They threatened me with obtaining a judgment and negative credit report.

They have violated the *** and FCRA. They never provided any proof that I owe the alleged debt to their company. They are willingly violating my rights and reporting this account. Since you are the 3rd party, you have no rights to collect anything from the alleged debtor since there is no way you were on any ORIGINAL contract. Familiarize yourself with 73 AmJur, 2nd ,section 90. You have no right to subrogate your company into any contract. You never mailed me anything on this alleged account, and if so, where is the proof?! I want this account deleted from my consumer reports immediately.

In 2017, when I lived in ***, I had a private insurance through work as well as medcal, state funded *** I had gone to chomp hospital in *** to get a blood test done for my Dr. *** lab billed my primary insurance and didn't *** the secondary insurance for the remainder. I called the hospital and asked them to run it against my secondary insurance and it should have covered it all. I didn't know I was sent to collections till it was trying to rent an apartment in *** and it showed up on my report. I have disputed the account cause I had cleared it up with the hospital before moving. But they are saying I still owe a balance on the account which started at 135 and has raised since disputing the account to 199. I don't believe I owe the amount since it should have been coved by medcal, but would like this off my credit report as soon as possible.

I hired a structural engineering firm, PSFEG *** for a divorce case
I hired a structural engineering firm, PSFEG *** for a divorce case. My divorce settled and I did not need their services, nor was any service provided. PSFEG said that I am responsible for a *** non refundable retainer. In the *** that is not true, sec vs interlink data network and *** v state bar show that services must be performed in order to payment to be given. PSFEG never went to the property to do any inspection. I asked PSFEG to provide any proof of work, non was given. AMEX took my side. PSFEG sent my debt to multiple debt collectors, I challenged each one and did not pursue collection. Rash Curtis and Associates did not do that, they reported this debt to my credit and now my credit score has taken a hit. Weve received notice that the complaintsboard.com has received a complaint for Rash Curtis & Associates, dated August 12, 2021 with an ID number of ***. It is our understanding that this complaint relates to a disputed account between *** and Pacific Structural & Forensic Engineers Global (PSFEG).
RCA is reporting one account to the credit bureaus. The account was placed for collections on 05/18/2021 for services rendered by the creditor on 12/10/2020. On 05/19/2021, RCA, as required, mailed *** notice of the debt.
The notice explains that if the consumer disputes the debt and/or requests validation, they must contact RCA within 30 days. If there is no response, the debt is deemed valid.The notice also states that the item will be listed with the credit bureau(s)if the consumer fails to fulfill the terms of their credit obligation. *** and PSFEG entered into a contract for services, wherein *** retained PSFEG for expert consultation related to a site inspection for active litigation involving a property located at *** 92675.. A contract was signed between the parties on December 10, 2020. Among other provisions contained within the contract, there were two provisions governing payments, entitled Payment Termsand Fees for Late Notice Cancellation or Rescheduling of Testimony, which read, respectively, as follows:

All payments are to be made to:

Experts Taxpayer ID# is: ***
The non-refundable retention retainer amount is $4,000 which is required prior to the site visit.Expert will-invoice against this retainer.This non-refundable retainer amount is the minimum fee due Expert and is earned upon receipt.
Expert agrees to invoice client no less frequently than bi-weekly.
All invoices will be paid upon receipt.
Overdue invoices will accrue interest at a rate of 1% per month.
Fees for any time Expert is asked to reserve for testifying (at trial, hearing, deposition, arbitration, or other venue) and preparation for said testimony must be paid in advance and in full 5 (five) business days prior to the time reserved for the scheduled testimony.Expert is under no contractual obligation to reserve the time or appear to testify and provide opinions unless Expert has received this payment in full at least 5 (five) business days prior to the time reserves for the scheduled testimony.
5. Fees for Late Notice Cancellation or Rescheduling of Testimony.
Client understands that Expert will suffer damages from late notice cancellation or rescheduling of Experts testimony and that since the precise amount of these damages would be difficult to determine, Expert shall instead be entitled to the cancellation and rescheduling fees specified in paragraphs 5.c and 5.d.
The fees specified in paragraph 4.f are 100% refundable to Client in he event Experts scheduled testimony is cancelled or rescheduled with notice to Expert of 3 (three) or more business days.
In the event Experts scheduled testimony is cancelled or rescheduled with 1 (one) or 2 (two) business days notice, Expert may retain a cancellation fee of 25% the amount from paragraph 4.f.The remaining amount will at Clients option be applied to future testimony or refunded to Client.
In the event of same day cancellation or rescheduling of Experts Testimony or if Experts testimony is completed in less time than was reserved pursuant to paragraph 4.f., Expert may retain 100% of the amount specified in paragraph 4.f.
In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling of testimony, Client shall be responsible for all non-refundable out of pocket travel expenses incurred by Expert such as airline tickets and hotel rooms.
The only altered terms of the contract were the fee amount which was negotiated down from $500/hour to $400/hour, and is evidenced by text messages exchanged between a signatory on behalf of PSFEG,***, and ***. Also evidenced in these text messages are communications between *** and *** wherein the two men discuss the scheduling and eventual rescheduling of the site inspection for which PSFEG was hired.
On December 10, 2020, *** and *** exchanged text messages to schedule the site inspection. The two then spoke on the phone and a site inspection was scheduled, but then cancelled by *** on December 15,2020. *** suggested rescheduling for December 28th, which was confirmed by ***, but changed because *** realized he would be out of the country. *** confirmed site inspection for December 28, 2020, which was again struck down by *** because he would be out of the country. Eventually,December 30, 2020 at 8am was confirmed.
On December 29, 2020 at 10:41am, *** again texted *** and cancelled the site inspection.
Despite the cancellation, *** and PSFEG were named by *** in the court proceedings as expert for ***. Subpoenas were issued and PSFEG was required to prepare an evaluation, analysis and assessment, as well as attend a hearing on January 11, 2021. *** and his attorneys emailed PSFEG other documents that required their legal involvement with the case. Section 4f of the retention agreement requires the fee to be paid for any trial testimony or meeting five days in advance.
*** advised PSFEG that the case had successfully settled and PSFEGs services were no longer needed. He demanded a full refund, despite the contractual provisions he had negotiated and agreed to. PSFEG advised him the $4,000 retainer was nonrefundable, per their agreement. *** kept calling and texting several times thereafter. On January 22, 2021, PSFEG received an email from PayPal stating that *** claimed that he never received PSFEGs service.
On January 22, 2021, PSFEG responded back and attached the fully executed contract for reference. No response was received in return.
Almost three months passed, until April 3,2021, another email was received by PSFEG from PayPal that *** filed a claim through his credit card company related to this dispute.
On June 1, 2021, Rash Curtis & Associates received an email from *** further disputing the account. Therein, he claims no services were performed and therefore no payment is warranted. He contests the charges against PSFEG, *** with American Express. Despite all the evidence against him, he still pursues this claim and apparently felt it warranted a complaint to your organization.

This company is stating that I owe money to my former employer
This company is stating that I owe money to my former employer. I worked for *** Health Centers and should NEVER have had any sort of ***. Yet this company is stating that i have collections? Mind you that started at a very low amount. They have now charged over $200 in debt interest? They are illegally charging me every month for a debt that isn't valid. There is supposedly 2 collections accounts with them, but never received any type of mail or letters. This is predatory, and charging someone $250+ on a debt that isn't theirs...doesn't sound right...Fee's and interest should not be accruing. At all. This company is also in violation of Section 807 of FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692-1692p Thus, it is their obligation to delete the account due to multiple violations of the law as well as they need to stop furnishing inaccurate information to the credit reporting agencies.These accounts need to be removed off of my credit profile. The third account (paid in full on 03/12/2021)was placed for collection on 03/03/2020 for services rendered by the creditor on 10/25/2018.
The fourth account was placed for collections on 03/03/2020 for services rendered by the creditor on 10/30/2018.
*** reached out to Jenner Lemoine on 03/07/2020 when one of the four accounts were paid in full for the date of service 10/25/2018. At the time Jenner Lemoine did not want to discuss the other 3 outstanding accounts.
Jenner Lemoine reached out *** on 03/17/2021 requesting a discount on the 3 remaining debts and a resolution could not be reached between Jenner Lemoine and the *** representative, ultimately Jenner *** up.
All accounts were reported to the credit bureaus of Jenner Lemoine on 04/27/2020.
Upon receipt of this complaint, *** contacted the creditor and requested itemized statements for the services rendered and a billing summary for all past due accounts.
Once received by *** the documents will be mailed to Jenner Lemoine to the address in this complaint.
Under the circumstances, neither the *** nor the *** mandate that *** remove the *** from Jenner Lemoines credit reports.

I have a $45 debt to *** hospital showing on my credit report. I have disputed this information several times and asked for proof of liability. I called and asked to have the $45 charge removed from my credit report if I pay in full.The agent told me that I have other debts on file. I don't know what those are and have no proof of those debts and wasn't calling about any debts NOT LISTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. The agent tried to force the debts and conversation about things he cannot force me to accept. I hung up and decided to contact Complaintsboard.com for help getting the $45 debt taken care of. Any other potential debts the agency can pursue whatever actions to validate and allow me a chance to dispute.The $45 *** showing on my credit report I would like to pay and IMMEDIATELY have removed. I am agreeing to pay $45 and I do not understand why this is NOT acceptable for them to remove the ONLY item showing on my credit report. The items not showing can be dealt with separately.

This is in response to Complaintsboard.com complaint #*** filed by Truly *** against Rash Curtis & Associates (RCA). RCA would like to respond as follows:
RCA is reporting one account to the credit bureaus. The account was placed for collections on 05/02/2019 for services rendered by the creditor on 10/17/2018.On 05/03/2019, RCA, as required, mailed Truly *** notice of the debt.
The notice explains that if the consumer disputes the debt and/or requests validation, they must contact RCA within 30 days. If there is no response, the debt is deemed valid. The notice also states that the item will be listed with the credit bureau(s) if the consumer fails to fulfill the terms of their credit obligation. RCA never heard from Truly *** and the account was reported to the credit bureaus on 06/26/2019.
Truly *** has two other accounts that are not appearing on the credit report because of the statute of limitations, however both accounts are still outstanding.
Upon receipt of this complaint, RCA contacted the creditor and requested an itemized statement for the services rendered and a billing summary. These were received by RCA and mailed to Truly *** on 09/01/2021. These were mailed to the address in this complaint.
In the complaint Truly *** stated that she would like to pay the balance in full and seek a deletion of that particular account from the credit report. If paid RCA will extend this courtesy.
RCA reports updated information to the credit bureaus on or around the 25th of each month. it will take the credit bureaus 6-8 weeks to conduct the deletion, but RCA will send you documentation of the deletion.
Truly *** may pay online at Rashcurtis.com using the account #***.
As of today September 1, 2021 the balance is $45.49.

I have not been treated at the hospital they claim I was treated or any hospital in the last 4 years for that matter. I have not taken out a car loan or had a vehicle repossessed in the last 4 years. I reside with my fiancee' who is undergoing a security clearance check which is why we checked our credits and discovered this nonsense. It appears this company has a tendency to file claims against the wrong people based upon reviews... furthermore, I was never contacted by the hospital alleging they provided treatment; never contacted by Rash Curtis and Associates via mail, email, or phone regarding the matter and have proof to support. This agency is a scam that simply broadly targets citizens to extort them for funds. This issue has set my life back significantly and if it can't be resolved soon (I tried to contact them through their website) I will be suing in the amount of close to $200,000.

RCA is reporting five outstanding accounts to the credit bureaus.
None of the five accounts are for vehicle repossession as they are medical debts. RCA doesnt work for any vehicle repossession companies.
The first was placed for collections on 03/03/2016 for services rendered by the creditor on 08/09/2015.
The second account was placed for collections on 10/04/2017 for services rendered by the creditor on 02/28/2017.
The third account was placed for collection on 04/03/2018 for services rendered by the creditor on 11/01/2017.
The fourth account was placed for collections on 03/05/2019 for services rendered by the creditor on 09/21/2018.
The fifth account was placed for collection on 03/05/2019 for services rendered by the creditor on 09/26/2018.
RCA reached out to *** on 03/07/2016 and per history notes on the account, it was stated by *** that insurance would be contacted, and a call back would ensue, this never happened. RCA attempted to contact *** numerous times over the years as more delinquent accounts were received. On 04/08/2019 RCA was able to contact ***, in which a statement was made that a conversation could not take place at that moment regarding the debts since she was at work. RCA rep terminated the call and RCA has been unsuccessful in attempts to contact *** since that time.
Upon receipt of this complaint, RCA contacted the creditor and requested itemized statements for the services rendered and a billing summary for all past due accounts. Once received by RCA the documents will be mailed to *** to the address in this complaint.
Under the circumstances, neither the *** nor the *** mandate that RCA remove the marks from *** credit reports.
As required, the accounts are being reported to the credit bureaus as disputed.

This company's should be closed. I never got anything from them claiming I owe them for not one , not 2 , but three hospital bills from may daughter. the first one for $626 from December , second is $671 from September and another for $20,488 from July . I never recieved a call from this company or the hospital that she was seen at and even had insurance all three times. I only found out about these once I started actually looking in to credit. I'm now 26. And at the time I started actually tried to figure out why my credit was low I was 23. To be in at about $21,785 of debt due to *** I didn't know existed because i was never contacted once about them. I tried to call them and explained I never got anything and that I want itemized receipts of the all three bills i updated my number and address for them to send them to me and not ince have they contacted me sense it sent the receipts for anything. During that call i asked if we could come to a lower price and try to work out a payment plan they refused to budge on the price. $21,785 would be $605/month for 3 years, $907/m. For 2 years or $1815/m. For a year. This is just unreasonable and completely impossible. They were very rude cut me off when I tried to explain the situation and was very unprofessional.

The second account was placed for collections on 07/29/2019 for services rendered by the creditor on 12/01/2018 for minor daughter ***.
The third account was placed for collections on 12/01/2018 for services rendered by the creditor on 09/04/2019 for minor daughter ***.
On 05/12/2020 *** called RCA and stated the father was responsible for these debts and terminated call on representative.
On 05/21/2020 *** called RCA and stated that all accounts were being disputed because custody of the minor isnt her responsibility. RCA updated all accounts to the credit bureaus as disputed at that time.
On 08/10/2020 *** called in to RCA and stated that yes, she took minor daughter to the hospital to be seen but the minor had Medi-*** stated that proof of coverage would be submitted to RCA, in which RCA has never received proof of insurance for any of the three dates of services rendered to minor. *** also stated the minor was adopted on 07/14/2015.
On 02/23/2021 RCA reached out to ***. It was acknowledged again that the minor daughter was taken to the hospital to be seen by *** but she was not responsible and refused to pay.
The three were subsequently reported to the credit bureaus on 03/06/2017,09/25/2019 and 10/28/2019.
Upon receipt of this complaint, RCA contacted the creditor and requested itemized statements for the services rendered and a billing summary for all past due accounts. Once received by RCA,a rep will reach out to *** for consent to email these documents to her.
Under the circumstances, neither the *** nor the *** mandate that RCA remove the marks from *** credit reports. As required, the accounts are being reported to the credit bureaus as disputed.
