The kids love going to class and the instructors are always helpful!

My son loves Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy! He has been attending classes for about two months. The instructors and I have both noticed a significant increase in his confidence and self-esteem.

The academy provides an excellent environment for kids to learn about respect, discipline and team work. I also took the self defense course which was outstanding and well worth the time and money.

My son has been attending Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy for almost a year. Since attending, his confidence has increased drastically. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and able to work with students of any skill level.

Mrs.Ramires is an amazing instructor who takes her time to work with each student. She pushes each student to reach their goals. Each leader at the academy are patient and kind with the students but also expects them to put in the effort to succeed.

I love it. I take my kids and they always come to me after their classes excited. But the most thing that I like is that they have lots of patience teaching the kids their techniques. I also took a woman self defense class and I learned a lot of moves on how to protect myself, so in all thank you Mrs. Ramires.

Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy is a phenomenal place to learn self defense. Ramires herself is an exceptional instructor, always exuding a warm and welcoming personality. When attending her classes, I feel completely safe and at ease. Moreover, her instruction constantly enlightens me on new techniques for self defense and enhances my ability to protect myself. The other instructors at the academy are also highly knowledgeable and friendly, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. In conclusion, Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy is the perfect destination for anyone seeking to learn self defense.

My grandson takes karate classes 4 nights a week..
He has learned so much & loves going ~ the instructors are very good with the students. Discipline is number one with some fun mixed in !
I have been to two women's self-defense classes recently & they were great ! Lots of information & hands on exercises to put to motion how to defend ourselves ~ would recommend this instructor to anyone !

My children all enjoy attending Ramires ATA BBA. I have 4 kids that go here. The kids have learned confidence, self discipline and have been more structured and most of all have fun. Shes a former police officer and has many funny stories to share that she makes relate to the ladies self defense class. I have attended two of those events and she is full of knowledge and makes her teachings fun. I highly recommend Ramires ATA.

I attend Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy to study Krav Maga. In over two years, none of the instructors, ever showed impatience or irritation about any of my physical problems that kept me from participating in learning particular skills. They've helped me come form not being able to participate in an entire class session (1 hour) to attending 2 hours of instruction. I anticipate sticking around for a long time, learning what I can and continuing to build my skills.

I have been attending the Ata academy for several years. My son started when he was 7 years old. He is now 17 and a black belt. He has ODD/ADD . Mrs Ramires worked with him one on one when he needed it and was very caring . She never made him feel out of place or insecure. He actually looked forward to going to class. I feel it has helped him to become the young man he is today . I attend Krav and take class with Mrs . Ramires, we are partners on some of the moves and she teaches me with ease .

My son has attended the academy for four years. Mrs. Ramires works hard to meet each student, from young child through adult, at their own performance level. She is quick to praise improvement, while encouraging students to continue working to meet their next goal.
My son's self esteem, phyical abilities, and independence have all grown, and he loves going to the academy!
I've attended the ladies self-defense class. It taught me to be more aware of my surroundings, and gave me ways to protect myself should the need arise.

I attend the self protection program and and so very glad I did. The instructor at Ramires ATA Black Belt Academy was so kind and patient. Taught us some very helpful moves and things to be aware of that I will always have ready. I'm 65 and not in the best of shape but she altered a few moves to accommodate my limitations. The others did full moves. The instructor was very professional and gave us some rather eye opening facts about women attacks. I will repeat this class in the future and have recommended to many friends! We are lucky to have this talented lady and her academy in our community.

I've been taking my son here for years - from white belt to nearly black. Mrs. Ramires creates a fun environment but also expects the kids to behave respectfully and expects more of the kids as they progress. She works with parents for each kid's individual needs and you'll see the difference over the years. I highly recommend Ramires ATA, especially after being there through the pandemic. She went above and beyond what was necessary to keep her students safe and learning. She has always been trustworthy and puts her students first, inside and outside of the academy. My son has learned discipline, confidence, and leadership skills. To see the concentration and composure he maintains during the pressure of testing is amazing. Mrs. Ramires knows exactly how to let these kids learn to be their best selves. Try the free trials before committing to the 6-month contract. It's definitely a commitment time and money wise but the personal growth and ATA skills are well worth it.
