I bought a ReadyLift kit for my Subaru Crosstrek from Rally Sport Direct, but a week later they contacted me saying there was a problem with my order and I needed to call or email. I've spent a lot of time calling and waiting (probably 3 hours in total). After around 40 minutes, the call just hangs up. No matter when I call, this company never answers. I also sent them an email, but haven't received a response. I don't think I'll hear back from them anytime soon, so now I'm trying to cancel my order. The customer service of this company is really terrible, and I strongly recommend going somewhere else for your business.

I ordered some canards from Rallysport Direct LLC on March 21st, with order number 5***. According to their website, the order would ship within 8 days, but it turns out they were out of stock. The website now shows a red X and says it will ship within 68 days. However, they keep extending the wait time. It has been 2 months now, and they are saying it will take another 6 to 8 weeks. I want to cancel my order right away, but their online representatives are never available on their website. When you call, you have to wait on the phone for an hour before they hang up on you. I want to warn you to do your research and find a trustworthy website to order parts from. If Rallysport Direct LLC cancels my order as I requested, I will delete this review. But for now, please be cautious.

Rallysport Direct I'm really disappointed with Rallysport Direct

I'm really disappointed with Rallysport Direct. I've used them before without any issues, but this time it was a huge letdown. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others in my Subaru community to be cautious when ordering from them. Nowadays, there are so many online retailers, and good customer service is crucial for keeping customers coming back. I've been trying to resolve this issue with Rallysport for almost two weeks through Eddie, but I haven't gotten anywhere. I might even contact the FTC. I don't want to be a complainer, but I'm about to become one.

To make a long story short, I had an AEM cold air intake on my car for over 4 years, and it was in rough shape. So, I decided to get it powder coated. On the way there, my charge pipe got damaged. I contacted AEM and K&N, and they said they would send a replacement charge pipe. Normally, you'd have to buy the whole intake, but they were out of stock until May. So, if I didn't want to wait, I had to buy the whole intake again. That's where RSD comes in. I ordered the AEM intake through RSD, and the shipping was incredibly fast. I mean, I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday. When I got home from work, I opened the box, and to my terrible luck, the charge pipe on the new intake was also damaged. It was even worse than my original one because this one was damaged at both ends. I sent an email that same day and called the next day to inform someone at Rallysport about the situation.

In most normal places, if you paid for something and it's not working or damaged, they would just send you a return label, have you ship the item back, and either refund your money or send a replacement. But with Rallysport, I've been going back and forth for nearly two weeks. I explained that my car has been sitting for 6 weeks, and I need to get it back on the road. I've asked what I can do to speed up the return process. I've sent 6-8 emails, and they didn't even respond to the last two. I mean, come on, they're busy, I get it. They should hire more people so they don't have such terrible customer service. I've been as patient as I can be, but two weeks for a return? They have to contact AEM because it seems like a packaging error at their plant, and they need to talk to their brand manager to see if they can expedite it. What does any of this have to do with me, the customer? They should talk to AEM or whoever on their own time and figure it out, but they shouldn't keep the customer waiting with a broken part for weeks. That's insane. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 30-45 minutes, and after talking to customer service, I get transferred to sales and then back to customer service. At this point, I just want them to take their broken stuff back and refund my money. I had to order another intake from another online retailer, so hopefully, that one will arrive in one piece, and I can finally start driving my car again.

Rallysport Direct I bought some King *** bearings from Rally Sport Direct in August

I bought some King *** bearings from Rally Sport Direct in August . When the package arrived, one of the bearings was loose and had scratches on it. I didn't feel comfortable using a scratched bearing in my ***, so I emailed Rally Sport Direct on 08/31 to ask for a replacement. They replied on 09/07, asking for my mailing address and saying they were working with King to fix the problem. However, it wasn't until 09/23 that I finally got a return form to send the bearings back to King. Since then, I haven't received any updates or help. I tried calling King on 10/07 to find out when I could expect a replacement, but the person who answered couldn't assist me. I also tried calling Rally Sport Direct, but they conveniently aren't taking customer calls. They're really slow at responding to emails too. I don't understand why I can't just get a replacement set of bearings from Rally Sport Direct. I just want either a replacement or a full refund.

I bought something from Rallysport Direct LLC on January 1st, and it cost me $446.17. The problem is, RallySport's payment system messed up and they charged me 10 times for the same amount. This made my account go negative, and I've been trying to get my money back since the 1st. I've only been able to communicate through emails, and it hasn't helped me solve the problem. RallySport took money that I don't have, and I've been charged extra fees because of it. I can't pay my rent, insurance, gas, or other important things until this gets fixed. Yesterday, I went to my bank for help because RallySport kept charging my card. I had to close that card and get a new one to stop the extra fees and duplicate charges. I just really need RallySport to refund me the extra money as soon as possible because I can't pay for anything until this is resolved.

Rallysport Direct I bought a clutch from Rallysport Direct for my WRX

I bought a clutch from Rallysport Direct for my WRX. I chatted online with an employee named *** who recommended it. But when the dealership tried to install it, it didn't fit. Since then, it's been hard to get RSD to respond. I talked to employees ***, and *** but they weren't much help. They blamed the dealership instead of taking responsibility. They told me three times that the clutch should fit if a skilled technician worked on it. It wasn't until the dealership sent pictures of the installation process showing that the flywheel didn't clear the starter motor that RSD admitted the clutch didn't fit. I'm still waiting for help with returning the clutch, which cost $957.29, and getting compensation for the extra labor charges of $1787.50.

I bought an engine block and some gaskets for my 2018 *** WRX STI from Rallysport Direct LLC. I spent $2596 on these items. They arrived in two separate boxes, just as I had ordered. However, I ended up not needing them and decided to return them according to their return policy. I paid for shipping, which included tracking, a required signature, and insurance for any potential damage. They refunded me $358 for the returned gaskets, but when I asked about the refund for the engine block, they claimed they never received it. After providing proof of delivery, they eventually found it in their warehouse. However, they said it was damaged and refused to give me a refund. They considered it a total loss due to two bent bolts. It's important to note that there was no damage to the engine block, pistons, crankshaft, or any major components. It was just the two bolts that could easily be replaced. They advised me to contact *** and file an insurance claim to recover my money. I requested pictures of the damage, but all they provided was a picture of the box with a hole and some bolts sticking out. There were no pictures of the engine block or the main assembly. I reached out to Rallysport Direct again, asking for more pictures of the engine block as *** needed to see the actual damage. They sent me more pictures for my insurance claim. However, Rallysport Direct has not responded to ***'s request to inspect the damaged engine block, and I haven't received any answers to my other questions. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, but it's unlikely they can do much. I just need Rallysport Direct to help me with my insurance claim so that *** can compensate me for the shipping damage or provide a full refund for the returned products with minimal damage. At this point, it's clear that their lack of response indicates a fraudulent claim of damage. Once *** inspects the damage, it will be impossible to deny this fraud. If it wasn't a fraudulent claim, they would have been happy to assist me promptly.

I noticed a charge on my credit card that I do not recognize. I provided customer service the amount and date of the charge along with last 4 digits of the card it was purchased on. they refuse to give me any more information unless I provide them with a police report number.

I ordered an item that said it was in stock on their website, I later got an email saying that it was out of stock, no big deal mistakes happen, I email to ask when I will be getting my product and I keep getting runaround answers in emails back and forth until the customer service agent says it would be in by the end of March, comes the end of March I email again to see if this is still true, no response, I emailed again thinking it just got buried, no response days after again. I set a new email chain to maybe refresh the problem, still no response days later. Then I call their customer service number, I was on hold for almost 40 minutes until it just said my call can’t be taken and hung up.

On 3/12 I placed an order (Order#***) for a vortex generator (Part# ***) for $254.95 + tax and + expeditated shipping. As soon as I got my item, I went to verify it matches like the site states. It doesn't match exactly so I went to their website and tried to process the return via their system. I didn't receive an email confirming it and didn't get a response back. I then called them with no answer on 3/25. Then I emailed them on the 3/25 which I got a response too. As well as called them the 26th. Furthermore I tried today but I have given them enough time to try to get back to me. I just want my refund on the falsely advertised product before their return policy time expires. They just aren't giving me that option.

Rallysport Direct On 3/23 I placed my order for a few parts, everything was in stock at the time and once I placed my order, one item was no long in stock

On 3/23 I placed my order for a few parts, everything was in stock at the time and once I placed my order, one item was no long in stock. So sure enough I go to cancel the order because I already found the back ordered part I needed. Now on the website, RSD won’t allow me to return it and it’s within the return policy. For the past week and a half, I called about 4 different times daily, I wait on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes to only get hung up, such AWFUL customer service. They won’t even respond to any of my emails. Despite covid happening, it’s a terrible to excuse to con customers and not giving them there refunds. So after not being able to reach them, they send me the backordered part regardless now I’m stuck with a part I don’t need and I seek my refund. I intend on taking full legal action within the next week if they do not contact me.

Rallysport Direct I ordered an NRG seat from Rallysport on November 12th

I ordered an NRG seat from Rallysport on November 12th. On their website it stated ships from manufacturer and when I placed my order it had the delivery date as December 1st. Great. December 1st comes and my order still hasn't even shipped. So, I email Rallysport and they say that it is backordered and expected to ship 1/29. Item was not out of stock on their website when I ordered it. But, whatever, I decide to wait. 1/29 comes and it still hasn't shipped. So I look at Rallysports website on February 5th and the NRG seat says "IN STOCK, SHIPS TODAY!" So obviously I'm annoyed that my order from 3 months ago STILL has not shipped yet they are advertising on their website that it is in stock and will ship today. Mind you, when I paid for my seat it said I would have it December 1st. It is now 2/11. I have e-mailed them SEVERAL times asking to cancel and refund my order and they have completely ignored me. They refuse to ship my item or give me my money.

On 12/21 I ordered a set of Ignition Projects Quad Spark Ignition Coil Packs (#***). On 12/22 I was informed that this product was on back order for a month. On 12/22 I called to cancel the order, as I couldn't wait that long. I was then informed that the part had already shipped and they couldn't cancel the order, so I would have to return it. On the 24th I sent an e-mail concerning return information (which I hadn't received) and then received an e-mail as to how to return the product. On 12/31 I went to the UPS store to ship back the product as required. Made a few calls to their customer service concerning not yet receiving a refund. 1/25 I was told that UPS never delivered the product back to their return warehouse in KY & was told to file a claim with UPS - couldn't do it online, so I had to file the claim at the UPS store, which I did 1/27. UPS assures me that the package was delivered to the correct address and that Rally Sport misplaced it, which they have so far denied.

Rallysport Direct I ordered a clutch kit for my car on December 21st and I received the product within a week or so

I ordered a clutch kit for my car on December 21st and I received the product within a week or so. I took my car to the garage I choose and they installed the clutch. I picked up the car and I got about 10 miles away from the shop and the slave cylinder busted in my car. I had to tow it back to the garage to see what the issue was. It came down to being the wrong clutch the company sent me. I contacted Rallysport and sent them pictures and part numbers of what they sent me and they told me all the parts they sent were correct. The mechanic at the garage said there was no way it was the correct part for my car. Since Rallysport told me it was the correct part, the mechanic put it in anyway knowing it wasn't right because I told them Rallysport insured me it was correct. I picked up the car for the second time and went to drive it and the slave cylinder busted again. The garage there said they would not touch my car again without receiving the correct part. The owner of the garage and I got into a verbal conflict over this issue because I was being told it was the correct part by Rallysport and the garage ended up refunding me my money for the labor. I take my car to another garage and the mechanic inspects my clutch in the car and the one Rallysport sent me and said there was obviously a difference between the two. I contacted Rallysport again and matched all the part numbers up and it turns out it was the wrong clutch plate. Rallysport issued me a corrected clutch plate that took around thirty days give or take to get to me. My car had been sitting in the shop this whole time waiting on the correct clutch plate. My mechanic inspects the new clutch plate and said it looked exactly the same as the first one they sent me. I asked Rallysport to issue me a refund since they sent me the wrong part twice and I just didn't want to go with the company anymore after having all these issues and still not having my car fixed. They said they would not refund my money because it had been over 30 days and that is what their return policy is, but it took that long to even ship to me and I do not have the box the clutch kit came in. Tylo, the sale representative for Rallysport was the one I was inquiring with over this issue and he told me he would contact ACT (the manufacturer) about getting a box to return the clutch kit. After waiting a week, he kept giving me a run around saying he was still working with his supervisor and ACT about getting a box. I contacted ACT myself on March 19th to see if Tylo had even been talking with them about getting a box and to my understanding after I got off the phone with Tylo was the first time he actually contacted ACT on the same day I did. We explained what was going on to Mike, the representative for ACT and he told me he would check to see if I had the correct parts and what their company could do about the issue. He emailed me on March 22nd and told me the second part I received was correct. I asked him why it kept busting the slave cylinder after it busted two of them already. He said they were having issues with the Mazda cars and slave cylinders. He said most customers go through three slave cylinders and on the fourth slave cylinder it normal works. I do not want to continue buying slave cylinders until one works as one is normally around $150.00. Even though ACT is saying I have the correct part, I do not want to install the second clutch and taking a chance the slave cylinder will bust for a third time and being out of the money spent on labor. This is a ridiculous amount to spend on something that is not even guaranteed to work. I have spoke with Tylo again from Rallysport and they told me since it has been roughly around two months out of the return date, even though the second clutch kit took around thirty days to get to me and also said where I did not have the original box there was nothing else they could do. He also stated they sent me a pressure plate when in fact it was a clutch plate. The information he is saying is incorrect. I am stuck out of $1000.00 and no car at this point. I have all pictures and emails as well from both companies.
