Quantum Management condo management service is a terrible operation. It's basically a one woman operation, Honna Weaver, with a Polish immigrant as her assistant. They will cheat you out of your money and provide no service. They are deceitful and dangerous as they allow re-called water sprinklers to remain in your home for months. They overcharge their customers, the residents of the community, and provide zero service. They have allowed prostitution, robbery, even murder to take place at our facility and provide zero security. Whatever you do, stay far away from Honna Weaver at Quantum Management property services in San jose.
While you live there, there mostly nice about things but if you plan to sell they will go back on every okay word they said. Tile by fireplace was said to by Honna and Monika many times over. Checkup on fixing errors from prior owner were fixed at my mothers expense was confirmed to be alright. Then when we started to sell they went back on every word.
Why this woman and her husband who gets no-bid contracts from her for building repairs (which aren't performed) are not in jail is a mystery.
