Qualsoft Services review: Spoil career of employee 15

I have worked there for 2 whole years. It's a one if the horrible place to work. No rules and regulations for themselves as a owner.. Sunil Sanap, Sanjivan Khedekar, Suhas all three were in partners. They always have one fellow among the employees who has full rights to act as a teacher to others and brain washed guy. HR is Also the wort person on this planet. They are highly cheater and don't provide salary. They had horrible rules in office work.

WORST WORST PLACE TO WORK! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS OFFICE. ALL ABOVE COMMENTS ARE 100% TRUE. DONT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. I STILL REGRETS SPENDING 2 YEARS WORKING WITH THEM.

THEY ARE FRAUD THIEVES
SUNIL SANAP IS A THIEF AND FRAUD PERSON
BEWARE
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO TEAM EVEN

I stop one person’s career to be ruined. She is about to join but the review I got from my previous company friend was the worst (Fortunately every ones feedback is same  ). So she gets back from customsoft door... :)

guys m suffering like hell i was about to join a new company but becoz this company(CustomSoft) didnt provide me any documents my life is spoiled so i beg u all to not to join this company please be aware of this company donot join this company even if your jobless its ok you will get a nice job but dont spoil your future by joining this company

Hey guys im the victom of this fraud company i have worked here for around 2 years and also served the notice period of 2months even after 2months he called me to work for a month by warning me that he will not give me the experience letter so i worked for free whole month but even after that he didnt give any of the documents to me not even my previous companies experience letter so guys its my humble request to you all that please do not join this company they are all fraud and cheaters .Their current HR(Sucheta) will give you the assurance that they folllow the process of cmm level 3 company but she is also a big lier she takes the documents and never returns .Also they have a Dog named Santosh who barks on employees on the command of Sunil that dog behaves as if he is the owner of the company he has zero knowledge and acts as if he knows everything even his language is like a hell god knows what he thinks about himself he cant even speak a single sentence in english he is working in this company since last 3 years he spends around 12hours in company god know what will happen after his marriage(Sunil will be lucky and will take advantage of it).guys please dont join this company...

Yes, I agree with all the complaints given above. They intentionally spoil the career of students.
I will certainly have a take over at this company.
I will certainly file a case against this company.
Sunil sanap is running 2 companies Qualsoft services and custom soft.
They collect original documents and never return.
They never give you offer letter or any document. so please be aware of this company.

yes i agree, This is a fraud company.They take originals and the way CEO of company talk is like a road side third class person.They hire people with name of QualSoft which is no where in existence with Sunil Sanap.Sunil Sanap is a CEO of Custom Soft which is a fake company everything in office is with name of Qual soft.Even if u will go to office location the board outside is Qual Soft but when you go in the welcome board says Custom-soft welcomes you.HAVE YOU FIND ANY COMPANY WHO CHNAGES NAME FROM ENTRY DOOR TO RECEPTION..Qual Soft was good company was CMM level 3 but this guy has cheated his partners, employees and clients.this guy(Sunil Sanap) shows fake demos to clients and get the projects he tell everything lie and fake to clients and the HR Smita is also same as Sunil Sanap She is a lady which keeps on fooling employees and they never return you the document not even after completing 1.5 years of agreement.never never work with this company...this is fraud company with fraud CEO and Fraud HR Dept.

Yes its very true...its a worst company...horrible place to work...now they have started a new company named CUSTOM SOFT in shaniwar peth and are now fooling people through this another name customsoft so guys please dont even join custom soft as well as the owner is the same...Sunil Sanap...they have closed qualsoft services and started custom soft.

Qualsoft Services, Pune (Ownre:Sunil Sanap) is the worst company I ever seen. Before there were 3 partners Sunil Sanap (Big cheater), Sanjivan, Suhas... apart from cheater 2 parnerss are now seperated and Sunil is only looking at business. They make their clients fool..poor quality work any much more...in short highly unethical mainly Sunil. Actually they started company by stoling project from their previous company. For joiners I will request don't go there as you are not going to get experience letter when you are resigning, which matters when you are joining MNC. Even you will be surprised when you are getting your 1st salary it will be much less that offered one. Sunil will say resuction is cost toward company. He is Hitler and think nobady can do anything against him, and yes actuaaly when you already resigned from your comapny and in Qualsoft Services., Pune

they spoil employees career they dont provide you documents. they keep your original document for 5-6 months, even they dnt provide offer letter for 5-6 months or even sometime more. they dnt give you confirmation letter. they are taking new candidates with this company name then after 5-6 months they provide offer letter of some other company. they are not providing salary slips.they sign bond with you.way they talk is worst. even after completing bond they just dnt provide exp letter by saying this and that reason. work environment is worst. he always take things on ego and spoil employees career.many employees walkout of the company because of his bad language, he talk worst. he dnt provide confirmation. he dnt keep single proof with the employee that employee is working with this organisation.please people just dnt waste your important years of your career by working with this company. this is frad one. I dnt know what to take actions and where too. even on site they have provided wrong us address
