They are prompt and have flexible scheduled service appointment, effective and quick diagnosis of the issue, 10 years guarantee on the replaced equipment, installation was perfect and the Grandaire equipment looks great.

Awesome job! As unfortunate as it is to have to replace your air conditioning unexpectedly, Premier Heating & Cooling took some of the shock away by having such good pricing. On top of that, they were professional, clean, happy and upbeat throughout the entire 9 hour job . They vacuumed and cleaned up behind themselves just like they were never here. The new Carrier air conditioner is amazing when compared to our 10 year old offbrand unit.

We received two portable units on loan from people who were competent, kind, and sympathetic while we awaited the installation. Jose was fantastic! No problems with the neighbors and the installation was completed on time. Despite the complexity of our location, they were able to install without incident. Even if the price of the unit is a little higher than that of other vendors, I hope the business can maintain its high standards of service. I've never used this vendor before. Continue your wonderful work.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Abel is fantastic. He called me immediately and went out to look at our unit in our home we just purchased. He gave a more than fair price and installed the next day with a premium unit. Being new to the area I didn't know who to call but I do now! I trust him with all of our work now and to come in the future. Premier is an exemplary company that others should follow for integrity, fairness and kindness. Jose was a wonderful technician who worked around our chaos of movers, a moving truck and 3 cars. He didn't have one complaint and smiled the entire time. He did exceptional work. Premier rocks! in under an hour the tech was able to diagnose, and repair the system and get the AC up and running. I also loved that I was notified when he was on the way. Great air conditioning service provided by Premier Heating and Cooling.

Our AC system shut down and Abel and Jose immediately responded. Having a 2 year old child this was an absolute blessing. Not only did Abel provide a window unit to keep the home cool until the unit came in the following morning but we had our system completed immediately the following day. Their customer service was excellent and pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Premier Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs!

From what I can tell, this is the only AC service company in Palm Bay that has staff smart enough to do ductless AC. None of the mom&pop shops in my area would even consider ductless. Shame as it's far more convenient, better value, and less maintenance. Plus, if a unit goes down, it's just one room. (Ductless compressors are far more dependable than they were a decade past.) One call and Premier was out, typically the same or next day. The staff were well spoken, savy in diagnosing the problem, and courteous in their treatment of the house and occupants. I'm very happy with Premier Heating & Cooling and their air conditioning repair service in Palm Bay.
