PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air came out and quickly isolated a mystery/unseen leak we had, on the outside irrigation side (which they do not repair). And gave us 2-3 quotes on other items and updates we are considering. Gave helpful tips and advice. Referred to us by a neighbor who was very satisfied with their plumbing and HVAC needs. Am sure we will be using PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air again in the future.

Absolutely Rock solid company! They sent me an All Star technician named John Smith, who was extremely clean, professional, knew his stuff and was all around a true pro. Even scheduling the call was a great experience with another very helpful person also named Jane Doe. I wont be calling another company again. These guys are the bees knees! Me and the misses appreciate you guys!

Very professional and knowledgeable technician from PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air removed my old hot water heater and installed a new one. He also installed a recirculating pump too. Everything looks great. When he was finished there was no mess. He explained how everything works. Yeah. Great job PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air has good pricing too. This is my second time using this company and both times they gave me good quotes and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The plumber who came out was up to something nefarious as after much discussion we chose garbage disposal he recommended. Then he installed another cheaper model. With a shorter warranty period. What was that all about? He did return immediately to change it out saying he had mixed them up Who needed drama with a plumber. There's way too much in world already. I will not be using this plumber again and will recommend against them when I can't

Awesome customer service - from initial call to schedule an appointment through service/repair and payment! Technician (Brandon) was polite, professional, provided explanation of repair/service needs to detail cost estimate after thorough assessment; completed repairs efficiently and effectively; followed safety precautions for COVID-19 by maintaining physical distance and wearing a mask. It is rare to receive friendly, quality service along with complete work - simply, a totally pleasant and satisfying experience.

Guy came out and moved water lines a few inches for shower (for $400+) - said if the depth wasn't right it would be no problem, they could just adjust it later when installing the shower. Now it's time to install the shower and a new guy there wants $650 because the depth of the valves isn't right. Blames the tech who came out first and quit his job. Also, the scratched the antique brass fixture but won't take responsibility for that either. Manager said "just because someone says 'it's not a problem' doesn't mean it won't cost more money."

PlumbSmart is an Awesome company! From my first call to Hunter through the repair with Brian. Brian showed up 5 minutes early (!) and got right to work. He tried to adjust my water pressure regulator with no luck, so replaced it for me along with a hose bib that I've been wanting replaced. The price was reasonable for a plumbing repair, but I really appreciated how he made sure everything was working properly before he left. If you want quality, friendly service call PlumbSmart! I will definitely be calling them again! Thanks guys! You have a customer for life!

For a new AC unit installation- Had issues at first, but long story short, ownership of fault has been taken and problems have been remedied quickly, efficiently, and with great care. This is my changed review. Matt, when he came to give me a quote, didn't give me any salesman-like bs like some others did when they came to quote me. He gave me options, discussed pros and cons and let me decide. Wayne, the owner, is a stand-up guy and clearly takes pride in good work and customer satisfaction. These guys were friendly when they came and did the job and at a very competitive price. Will be getting a new hot water heater from these guys soon enough!

I had Tony with PlumbSmart come out to just install a sink and faucet that I had purchased. The sink was deeper than the the original one so Tony came up with a couple options and gave me the choice of what I wanted to do. He also recommended that I install a new shutoff valve coming into the house. We also had a running toilet and accidently had dropped the lid so he also recommended that we buy a new toilet and he would install it. It was nice to get all my plumbing issues fixed in one trip. Tony was professional and very accommodating to cover all that was needed to make sure everything was perfect before he left. I highly recommend this company.

Like pulling teeth to get these guys to put a Trane heat pump on my roof. Called them on the morning of my installation, and after a 20 minute hold, I was informed that the sales rep "FORGOT" to put my installation on the schedule! The worst! The installation was haphazard. They didnt hook up a the drain, wire nutted the thermostat in and left the bare wires just exposed and out in the weather. The electrical connection is on the other side of the new unit and the just stretched it over to make it fit! Now I have an electrical trip wire on my roof! Absolutely no follow up! Slap a new unit on your roof, take your money, and have never heard from them since! I do not recommend!

I really enjoyed working with this company. I dealt with Josh, Justin, and Nick to begin with, and then the techs, Mike, Trent, and Sebastian. They were al wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they really know their stuff! I had a great experience overall, even though there were a couple of small glitches — just a little miscommunication, but they “took care of everything" and considering I had HVAC units, a new hot water heater, and a new garbage disposal installed on the same day, everything worked out very well. I would not hesitate to recommend PlumbSmart to anyone — I really feel like I'll be working with a company who looks out for their customers best interests.

Delayed review from Nov 19, 2019 and April 13. And again Jan 15, 2020 I've used Plumb Smart for my plumning needs and with 3 rentals and a personal home, I do have plumbing needs. They really excel at hard to understand situations. I have a rental property that would backup year after year. I finally asked PlumSmart to do it right. They snaked the line then put a jet cleaner in the line with a camera. And come to find out, they built the house with a slight upward run of the pipe after a certain point. Its supposed to have a downward run all the way to the sewer. No one else had even suggested the issue. The other thing they found was when I had the place remodeled, one of the workers inconveniently left the plastic bag in the line It had been there for 2 years before PlumbSmart found it on their 1st inspection. Use these guys they're awesome! I do.

Was so tired of having bath tub replacement people over to my house for tub out & shower in. Everybody wanted thousands of dollars. Made me sick to my stomach. I called PlumbSmart they came over and their first price was perfect and it was on, The job taken in had a few problems none of expected-we worked thru that with no problems and away they went and dug in, record timing skilled workers, the clean up was excellent, I met with three plumbers and all were professional courteous and very pleasant, I would highly recommend this company. Never been so happy, I haven't lived here long but if I had friends I'd tell them to call PlumbSmart. It's great to feel good when you get something done at your house and it turns out better than you expected, well that's my case. Give them a try give them a call. Really wanted to give these guys a good review as they are friendly, professional and explain things well, but this is the second time I've had to call them back out to fix the brand new ac unit they installed on my home a couple weeks ago. The ac pump starts spinning then shuts off when I turn the unit on. I've had to wear sweaters and pants in the house in the mornings because the heat isn't working. The first time they came by to fix the problem, they said there was a leak due to their installation and that it is fixed now. Well, the next day (today), I'm having the same issue. So either it is leaking again, or there were other problems with their installation (makes me wonder what else could have issues) - either way, this shouldn't happen with a brand new unit. I now have to sit here and wait for them again. If this happens again, I will most likely get someone else to come and check out all the work and get all my records in order. I mean jeez, my 28 year old unit they replaced had less issues... I was going to get a new hot water heater from them as mine is getting old and they seemed so professional initially, but I think I'll pass. P.S. - I'm not going to name names here as it could be anyone's fault at this point, hopefully I get to the bottom of this.

I have a 4 year old mini split air condioner that had a small leak but was working fine. I hired PlumbSmart to fix the small leak. They charged me $4,351.14, the first trip and another $69.00 the second time. They totally broke the unit so that it will not work at all now. They have been here a total of 6 times since trying to fix the unit to no avail and now they say that they're not coming back again, leaving me with a broken, worthless unit and with the summer heat coming. I want the unit fixed or at least my money back. I had a heart attack on Christmas day resulting in quadruple bypass and heart valve repair. It will devastating for me without air when the heat comes.

Plumbsmart sold us the highest level TRANE air conditioner unit along with new duct work for a cost of $17,997.65 with a promise that this unit and the new duct work would cool our house. Our home is one level, 4 bedrooms 2 bath and approx 2000 sq ft. The company has come out 5-7 times to address the issue. They added a 3rd zone unit, they added vents across the top of 3 out of 4 bedrooms (greatly reducing the privacy to those rooms), and checked the air output in each room. I attempted to contact TRANE which I had been told would provide support is there were issues with the installing company but they said I needed to go to PLUMBSMART. None of the temps in rooms = thermostat setting by as much as 5 degrees difference. This is true even at night when AZ is at its coolest. We are asking for a duct work design that will cool all of home to thermostat setting and we can utilize all 4 bedrooms and living areas. We have same issue that we had prior to spending 18K.
