Since the first time Ive used this company, they have delivered the utmost professionalism. They are polite, knowledgable and do outstanding work! They wear booties, and clean up thoroughly after they finish. But its the incredible job they do that sets them apart! They take before and after pictures, that I guarantee will be a jaw dropper. I will never use anyone else to clean my ducts and dryer vents. Trust me, youll love these guys!

Planet Duct did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. It had been 10 years since being cleaned and our clothes were taking way too long to dry. I watched the process and they showed me the reason for our problem...a blocked vent on the roof! It was a solid block of lint, which they explained can be the reason for home fires. They were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning up the mess. Thank you thank you for making our home safer.

I used Planet Duct to complete duct, vents, dryer vent cleaning services and my wife and I are very happy we did. Crew was on time and provided a step by step of their work. They were very polite and showed respectful process of being in my home. They completed the work of cleaning my ducts (house built in 1970 and has never had them cleaned before) in a very timely, unhurried fashion. The results were very surprising. My heater system now works as if almost new. If I were asked by anyone, I would recommend Planet Duct with no haste. Will certainly use them again if the need arises. Great Job! Rodney S. The new technicians were great and thorough, scheduling was easy, and they did a GREAT job. You don't even "want" to know the disgusting crud that builds up in your bathroom vents after 13 years of living in one place — my house feels lighter and better (and my dryer works faster!) after their service. Fair price, guys wore masks the whole time for COVID safety, and they did an awesome job. I will absolutely use them again on our new house and have already recommended them to my neighbors. Totally worth it!

Hello, I just wanted to say that I am one very satisfied customer! Jordan and Brandon Davis was sent over to fix my dryer and they did an amazing job! They were very respectful, polite, and helpful! I felt bad that they had to work on Halloween. But these guys went above and beyond. They showed me pictures and videos of what they did and they kept me updated on what their next move was. So grateful for this company. We just bought a house that was in really bad shape. Register vents were full with mouse droppings, trash, electronics etc. You name it and it was in there. The technicians came out and were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient! The air quality in the home after the air duct cleaning was incredible! We knew it would make a difference but were still surprised at how much of a difference it made! Planet Duct and his techs are leading the industry in doing air duct cleaning the proper way! Terrific first experience! The friendly and professional team arrived on time, prepared with shoe booties to protect our flooring. They checked and cleaned a bit of lint residue in the dryer lint trap chute before proceeding to clean the vent to the exterior. They took before-and-after photos (which were provided to us), and happily answered our questions throughout the process. They cleaned up all stray lint that fell on the landscaping during the vacuuming. They emphasized the need for annual vent cleaning, stressing that it was the biggest cause of home fires in the state. We would not hesitate to call on Planet Duct again.

My husband and I were more than pleased with the service provided by Planet Duct. From the very beginning our experience with them was great as I received an appointment within a couple of days. Luke and Xavier called when they were on their way, arriving at the time specified and explained the entire process before beginning. They were extremely careful going about their business throughout our home and were very accommodating including the dryer vent, which I hadn't mentioned in my original phone call. They worked quickly and it just almost seemed like our entire home glowed after they were finished. We will indeed be return customers and will also submit a recommendation on our Nextdoor community email.
