This training has changed my life and my families lives. We are now on a new path that will bring us closer to our goals in less time. We have been living by the Dave Ramsey baby steps for years which was great but we felt limited on our options. When we learned about real estate investing from Pip in under a year we began increasing our income,
actually helping people in need, and improving our lives and those around us.

I'm so grateful that I'm involved for with Pip's Path. I really can't call it that because they make you feel like family. I signed up for Pip's Path in March and it has been an incredible journey. Between the support team and mentors, we have learned so much. They are just an email or phone call away if we need help with anything. They have become like a second family. I also love the fact that they are a community-based organization, we pray, eat, and learn together when we get together for summits! The training has been outstanding!

Stepping into the unknown with people that know - there is nothing better. You have SO much support. I love most that this is a faith-based organization. That means they are movin' and groovin' with integrity. I have daily support. I can contact the mentors and they will help me as well. There is a weekly REIA where you can talk to people through zoom and have your questions answered as well. It can feel really scary doing something you know nothing about and just starting. Pip and team have been amazing so far. We joined Pip's Path in January and have regularly taken their courses, attended some events, and participated in the weekly REIAs. They are quick to respond to questions and requests for support. We just finished a 3-day mentorship with John, one of their mentor/trainers and it was excellent. We are confident that we're learning the skills and accessing the tools we need to be successful in real estate investing and we just need to execute our plan now. I wish I met Pip's Path 5 years ago, but it is never too late to start doing great things. Hello, I would like to share about Pips Path and my experience since joining back in January 2022. Their support from the trainers is amazing and very fast responses by email. The systems they have in place have been proven to work while learning on the path to finding properties. I have attended two live in-person events both were well put together great energy and flow through the whole event. Great people food was served so people would not have to leave the hotel to look for food. Their community has great quality people, no scams or spam happening overall a very tight niche community. Pip and his team have been amazing mentors. They have put together a team of very experienced investors in multiple different areas so there is plenty of people to reach out to for support. Pip's team is always there to answer question - I've been emailing the team when I need help and have ALWAYS gotten a response, almost always within 24 hours. There is tremendous value being in the community with other new investors creating the mentality that you're not alone. The weekly REIA calls are also an awesome time to learn from others as well as get live answers from multiple trainers. I also love how they emphasis doing the right thing in their trainings and not just investing for profit. If you put in the work, the support is always there. They have changed my life.

My husband and I purchased a training program after attending a large event and a 3 day training/overview of the opportunities available through real estate investment. The training includes on demand training, in person training, assignments, recommendations for a variety of partnerships available, a CRM for potential leads, mentors, and support. What we have found in beginning our training is that they are 110% who they say they are! Response time for questions and support is super fast! The information they are providing is accurate, the mentors are phenomenal and also want to see you succeed. They all take pride in their responses and support, it feels more like working alongside family who cheers you on and has your back. While we are building our own business and can do it how we desire, what they teach and recommend is to do everything with excellence in integrity, always legal, and do what is best for the client, not necessarily ourselves. They are client focused (as I am a client), but also teach us to do whats best for the client. The values of the individuals who work for Pips Path and the values of the organization itself are aligned with my own, therefore it was an easy choice for my husband and I to partner with Pips Path.
