Pinnacle Claim Service is a fantastic resource for a homeowner. They went to bat for me against an insurance company I had paid premiums to for 30 years. Said company would not have paid a penny without Pinnacle's expertise. They know what to do and how to do it. I had no clue. They are totally worth the small fee they charge for their services. Everyone there is competent, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend Pinnacle any time you need to battle an insurance company. Don't go it alone.

Pinnacle, and it's staff led by Brad handled two claims for me in the past 4 years. The first was with a very stubborn, tough insurance company who refused to pay my roof claim. They went so far to claim that there was no hurricane damage even though the ceilings showed the damage, they offered me $12,300 for repairs, which after my $10,000 deductible left very little cash to repair let alone replace my roof.Long story told short, after Pinnacle stepped in, after a three year battle the insurance company relented and paid $65,000 for a complete new concrete tile roof. I Love those guys!

I was really impressed with the customer service and outcome of my case with Pinnacle Claims. They exceeded my expectations entirely. Originally I had received a check for $5,341 for my insurance claim. Then I contacted Tom who took over my claim with the insurance company. Monica came out to the house to put together an adjustment that was more in line with the actual damage. Brad worked with negotiating a settlement, and Patrick kept me informed as to the status of the claim and made sure I received payments in a timely fashion. When the smoke cleared, they got me an extra $22,455 in settlement from the insurance company, and that is after Pinnacle Claims took their fee for their services. They definitely got much better results than I did because they know the law as well as the insurance and claims industry, and most of all they have lots of experience negotiating settlements. Believe me, when you file a claim with "your" insurance company, they do not have "your" best interests in mind when they settle the claim. Do yourself a favor and reach out to these guys and receive what your are entitled to receive as an insurance settlement by law.
