I contacted the property manager several times about bed bug issues. They treated my apartment once, and the pest company said they needed approval from the property manager to come back in two weeks. But I haven't seen them since. I reached out to manager Amy again after treating my apartment myself three times, expressing my frustration with the problem. She said an appointment was made, but on the scheduled day, no one showed up. I texted the manager again, informing her that no one showed, but received no response. It has been two weeks now, and I'm really frustrated with the lack of help in fixing the problem.

I'm having problems with my landlord fixin' things in my apartment, other tenants' apartments, and appliances. I've had water leakin' from my ceilin' from another apartment. I have water comin' up from the floor from upstairs bathroom to my floor up to the carpet. I've been waitin' on 'em for two weeks to come and take care of it. The dryer in our laundry room has been broke since November, still waitin' on that to be fixed. Every time there's an issue, they ignore my calls until my attorney calls, then they half do it or take their time doin' it. *** I pay my rent on time and has never been late in the three years I've been there. I don't deserve to be in these conditions. Can someone please help with my issues? There are some apartments that shouldn't even be rented due to the conditions.

She suddenly started lying to me and ignoring my attempts to reach her. I was supposed to move in a few days, but without the paperwork, I couldn't pay my deposit. I had already borrowed money for a truck, found helpers, and prepared everything for moving day, but Amy wouldn't respond. *** When I met Amy on the 20th, I didn't have the deposit because she lied about sending the necessary papers to the tribe. I started expressing my concerns, and she raised her voice and interrupted me. She stood in front of me and lied to my face, yelling that she doesn't communicate.
