PetEdge Shipping Costs are Outrageous - Beware of Unexpected Charges!

I've been using this website for a long time and, gotta say, they got a huge selection and the prices seem pretty good. But man, you won't believe what happened when I made an order this week. They hit me with a whopping $30.58 for shipping! Can you believe that? I didn't even get anything super heavy, so I was pretty shocked. Let me tell you, I was not a happy camper.

PetEdge Disappointing Experience: Long Wait, Order Canceled - Won't Order Again!

So, I decided to give this website a shot and placed an order. They said it would take about three to four weeks for my stuff to arrive. I patiently waited, but when that time came, my order still wasn't ready. Can you believe it? They told me to wait even longer! I mean, seriously? I waited and waited, and then I finally received an email. Guess what it said? They canceled my order! Can you believe the nerve? I waited for over a whole month for something that never even showed up. Let me tell you, I won't be making the mistake of ordering from here again.

PetEdge Terrible Customer Service and Expensive Replacement Costs - Beware of PetEdge!

I've been a business owner for like, forever, and I've been using PetEdge for like, more than a decade. So, today, I gotta tell ya, the way PetEdge treats their loyal customers is just plain awful. I mean, seriously, I bought this sprayer thingy for over 50 bucks, plus all those pesky taxes and stuff. And guess what? Within the first week, the nozzle went all crazy and started spraying everywhere, and the dial thingy stopped working too. So, I called 'em up, right? And I asked for a replacement. You know what they said? They said, "Sure, we can replace it for ya, but it's gonna cost you 74 bucks, and we'll only refund the original cost." Can you believe that? I'm so done with PetEdge, man. I ain't never gonna buy anything from them again. They used to have good customer service and loyalty, but they must've lost it somewhere along the way. And guess what? They lost my business too, forever.

So, listen up, folks! Be careful when you're dealing with PetEdge!

PetEdge Disappointing Experience with PetEdge: Delayed Shipping, Incorrect Charges, and Hassle of Refund

So, I decided to place an order on PetEdge's website, petedge.com. I needed a 5-gallon shampoo and thought it would be a good idea to add 2 scissors to my cart to qualify for free shipping. Little did I know, this decision would lead to a series of frustrating events.

After completing my order, I received an email stating that the shampoo would take a whopping month and a half to arrive. That was simply unacceptable for me, so I decided to cancel my entire order. However, just two days later, I received another email informing me that the scissors were on their way. Confused, I checked my credit card statement and to my dismay, I noticed that I had been charged for the shampoo as well.

Normally, PetEdge doesn't charge customers until their items are shipped. In this case, though, I never received the shampoo, yet they still went ahead and charged me for it. Frustrated, I immediately contacted their customer service to request a refund. Thankfully, they agreed to refund the amount for the shampoo. However, to my surprise, they also charged me for the shipping of the scissors. This meant that I didn't receive the full refund I was expecting. Mind you, the original order qualified for free shipping because it exceeded $99. Additionally, I had already canceled the entire order, so it was their mistake to process it in the first place.

Overall, my experience with PetEdge has been quite disappointing. The delay in shipping, the incorrect charges, and the hassle of requesting a refund have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their order processing and customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

PetEdge Disappointing Changes to Top Performance Green Tea and Mint Shampoo - Time to Find a New Option

I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about the changes PetEdge made to their Top Performance Green Tea and Mint shampoo. Like, seriously, they didn't even bother to give us a heads up about it. I mean, come on! I ordered not one, but two massive 2.5 gallon jugs of this stuff, and now I'm totally regretting it.

The thing is, this new formula has a completely different scent than before. And let me tell you, it's not a good different. When I bathe the dogs with this new shampoo, they just don't smell clean afterward. It's like the scent doesn't stick around or something. I've had a bunch of clients ask me if I switched shampoos because their furry pals don't have that nice smell that used to last for weeks. And get this, one client even straight up asked me if I had even bathed their dog! Can you believe it?

I've been using this shampoo since it first came out, you know? But now, I think it's time to start looking for a new one. Maybe I'll even switch to a whole new distributor altogether. I mean, seriously, PetEdge, what happened to giving us a little warning? It's like they don't even care about us loyal customers anymore. So much for loyalty, right?

Anyway, I'm on the hunt for a new shampoo that actually does what it's supposed to do. I want my furry clients to smell fresh and clean, not like some weird, watered-down version of themselves. PetEdge, you've let me down big time. It's time to move on and find a shampoo that actually lives up to its promises.

PetEdge Misleading Product Description and Poor Customer Service: PetEdge Sends Ivory Tub Instead of White

So, I went ahead and bought this fancy elevated dog tub from PetEdge, right? But guess what? Instead of the white tub that I was expecting, they sent me an ivory one! Can you believe it? The website and all the emails I got from them clearly said it was white. Now, here's the kicker: when I called them out on it, they had the audacity to tell me that ivory is just another fancy way of saying white. Seriously? Have these people ever bought a toilet or a bathtub for their own homes? There's a big difference between the two colors, you know?

I tried explaining this to them, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They just couldn't wrap their heads around why I was so upset. To make matters worse, their solution was to offer me a measly $50 to keep the ivory tub. Are they kidding me? I have to go through the hassle of repackaging the tub, arranging for it to be picked up, waiting for a refund, and then buying a different color tub all over again. And let's not forget about the shipping wait time! It's like they don't care about their customers at all, as long as they keep raking in the dough.

Honestly, I'm beyond frustrated with this company. They don't seem to give a darn about the problem they created in the first place. It's all about the money for them, and it's really disappointing. I expected better from PetEdge, but it looks like they're more interested in their bottom line than making sure their customers are happy.

PetEdge Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication at PetEdge

So, I gotta tell ya about my experience with PetEdge. I placed my order a whole week ago, and I was gettin' antsy 'cause it still hadn't arrived. So, I hopped on their website to check the status, and what do I see? "Pending." Can you believe it? I couldn't! I decided to give 'em a call and see what the deal was.

I talked to this customer service agent, and let me tell ya, she wasn't the friendliest. I asked her why my order hadn't left the warehouse yet, and all she said was that they were backed up. No call, no email to let me know there was gonna be a delay. I mean, come on, guys! Communication is key!

I asked her if they could expedite my order since they were the ones who caused the delay, but she straight up refused. Can you believe the nerve? I just wanted my stuff, ya know? But she had the audacity to say I was bein' hostile towards her. Like, seriously? I was just tryin' to get my order shipped!

So, I asked for a supervisor 'cause I wasn't gettin' anywhere with this agent. At first, she didn't wanna give me one, but after some pushin', she said she'd have him call me. Finally, right? Well, turns out the supervisor was just as unhelpful as the agent. He refused my expedited request too! Can you believe it? I was so frustrated.

Let me tell ya, there are plenty of other places to buy pet grooming supplies from. I ain't wastin' my money at PetEdge anymore. They don't care about customer loyalty, that's for sure. I'm takin' my business elsewhere, where they actually appreciate their customers. So, take my advice, folks. Don't spend your hard-earned cash at PetEdge. They ain't worth it.

PetEdge Terrible Customer Service and Order Mishap: A Frustrating Experience

I made an order like a week ago. Today I checked my email to see what was going on with the order. It said I was charged, but it also said the items weren't available anymore. I called to check what was happening and man, let me tell you, their voicemail system was so annoying and dumb. I did what it said, but it didn't do anything. Then I finally talked to a person, and let me tell you, they were so useless. They couldn't even find information about my order with the confirmation code, and it took them forever to even try. And you know what? They just hung up on me or something, like they couldn't even be bothered to finish the conversation. So I called back, and this time I talked to a supervisor, or at least that's what they said they were. But man, they were so ridiculously useless. They didn't even know what had happened, and they barely even said sorry. I told them how I spent hours looking for the stuff I wanted to order, and they didn't even care. Now I gotta make sure they didn't charge my credit card, and I gotta find the stuff somewhere else. What a total waste of time, man! I swear, I'm never ordering from them again. They're so dumb and they don't know how to treat customers right. Forget about getting my stuff on time, it's like they don't even care. People like them shouldn't be running businesses, seriously.

PetEdge Disappointing Quality: Super Absorbency Pads from PetEdge Fall Short

I've been a customer of PetEdge for a good ol' 7 years now, and let me tell ya, the last batch of Super Absorbency pads I got was a real disappointment. I mean, seriously, these pads were thinner than a piece of tissue paper, and to top it off, the netting just kept coming off! Can you believe it? It's like they didn't even bother to check the quality before sending them out. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not sure what happened this time around. But let me tell ya, it's a real bummer. I rely on these pads to keep my furry friends' messes under control, and these flimsy ones just ain't cutting it.
