As someone who loves to stay trendy and experiment with fashion, I recently explored Peppermayo for my clothing needs. The journey with Peppermayo has been a rollercoaster ride. While some customers have praised the stylish designs and fast shipping, others have faced challenges with delayed shipments, poor customer service, and issues with product quality. It's evident that Peppermayo's offerings are a mixed bag, with some experiencing great satisfaction while others feeling let down. If you decide to shop at Peppermayo, proceed with caution and manage your expectations accordingly.

Peppermayo's website is kind of a mess. They got a sizing chart, but it ain't accurate. I ordered something, but it didn't fit right, and when I tried to return it for a different size, their computer program gave me the big NOPE! And let's not forget their customer service. Ain't nobody answering if it ain't Aussie business hours. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this shop unless you enjoy frustration and sippin on a warm brew while you wait for them to pick up the phone.

So I decided to check out Peppermayo's website and I must say that I'm pretty impressed! The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The clothes are trendy and stylish - definitely something that I can see myself wearing. However, I did have a bit of a problem with my recent purchase.

I ordered a dress that was a bit on the expensive side. Delivery was supposed to be quick but unfortunately, the dress was sent to the wrong house! I had to email Peppermayo several times to get this issue resolved and it took a lot longer than I expected. After 45 minutes of driving to the wrong house and returning empty-handed, I provided the company with proof of the delivery mishap. Despite this, I was denied a refund or a replacement which didn't sit well with me.

I was disappointed that such an issue was handled poorly but this won't stop me from browsing Peppermayo in the future. Their clothes are simply too fashionable to pass up! Overall, I would caution anyone considering a purchase from Peppermayo to make sure that they keep track of their order and are able to provide proof of any delivery mishaps in case they occur.

So, I was hyped to get my jeans for this super important occasion I had coming up. I ordered them from Peppermayo and paid extra for express shipping so I could get them in time. But guess what? They didn't even SEND OUT my package until a whole week after I placed my order. What the heck, man? I even emailed the team during that week to ask what was going on, but they didn't even bother to respond. I mean, come on. That's some seriously shoddy customer service right there. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again. It's a total bummer, but I just can't deal with that kind of stress. P.S. I want to make it clear that I am NOT a Karen, okay? I just want my dang jeans in a reasonable amount of time.

Hey, I gotta say something about Peppermayo - I had high hopes, but the whole shipping and returning game has been wack. Ya know what I'm sayin'? Anyway, I asked for a refund and they were like "nope, sorry". I mean, come on! They should have just given me my money back since I never even got the top! And it was $70, not just a couple of bucks, you know. I'm so disappointed and I don't think I'm gonna shop there ever again.

I just don't understand why they wouldn't give me my money back. It's not like they lost the top on purpose, but it's also not my fault that it got lost. I don't know, maybe their policies are just not customer-friendly or something. All I know is that I won't be shopping there anytime soon.

Peppermayo is probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. I can't even begin to explain how frustrated and angry I am about the whole situation. I placed an order with them for $300 worth of clothes, excited to receive my goodies. However, days went by and my package still hadn't arrived. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times via email and phone, but no one ever answered my calls and they took forever to reply to my emails.

After a lot of back and forth, I finally received ONE email response from Peppermayo saying that "they are on vacation." What kind of excuse is that? I was already starting to feel that something shady was going on, and this response just made that feeling worse. I felt like I was being scammed and had to resort to filing a police report. Even after doing that, I STILL haven't heard anything back from them. It's like they don't care at all about their customers.

I can't believe I was robbed so that Peppermayo could have a "vacation" on my hard-earned money. I'm not even sure if I'll ever get my money back, but I'm not giving up. I'm willing to take legal action to get my money back because this is absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop at Peppermayo if they treat their customers like this. Moral of the story: Stay FAR AWAY from Peppermayo if you don't want to be scammed.

Peppermayo website is all about teenage girls and young adults who like to keep things fashionable and simple. Their stock mostly comprises basic pieces that are not dull or boring - they always add some twist to give the outfit great designs. Now, their prices may not be as pocket-friendly as what you would find on some fast fashion websites, but the quality is worth every penny. I had an experience with Peppermayo that was not so great, and I am not alone. I ordered a dress nearly two months ago. I tried to get an update on my order and contacted the company via phone, but I was met with loud music in the background and someone who could barely hear me. The story goes that they sent the original dress to the wrong address, but I am skeptical because I have heard other people with the same excuse. They assured me they would send another dress my way, but I have yet to receive any update. I tried calling them again multiple times, but they are no longer answering the phone. This is not a good look for Peppermayo, and I believe this is a scam that needs to get shut down ASAP. It is frustrating because I still have not received my order after all this time.

When I visited the Peppermayo website, I was instantly drawn to the cute clothing options. Despite the prices being pretty high, I couldn't resist and ended up making three separate orders within just one week. Two of the orders were made on April 20th and the third on April 25th, all of which totaled over 200 Australian dollars. Shockingly, the order I made on April 25th arrived in less than a week while the other two orders have yet to arrive and their shipping status hasn't updated in days. I understand that there is currently a global pandemic going on and am willing to be patient, but it can be frustrating not knowing when my items will arrive.

Despite the shipping issues, I have to say that the quality of the clothing is fantastic- as it should be considering the price I paid. However, I wasn't prepared for the insane duties and taxes I had to pay upon receiving my order. I paid a staggering 139 Canadian dollars on top of the $315 Canadian dollars I had already spent on my order. It was on the ridiculous side and I was pretty upset. I was hoping that the website would have offered free shipping as most e-commerce websites do, especially for orders of this amount. It only added insult to injury when I realized they chose to use DHL for shipping, which was even more expensive. I'm worried that I'll be hit with similar charges when my other two orders eventually arrive- if they ever do.

On a more positive note, the sizing of the clothing was great and accurate to what was listed on the website. I ordered a bikini and some really cute tops, as well as a pair of jeans. I was especially nervous about the sizing for the jeans as I usually wear a size 3 in US sizing, but the size chart served me well. For the baggy jeans, I went a size up and chose AUS9/W27 which was the perfect fit.

All in all, Peppermayo is a hit or miss for me. While I'm happy with the quality and sizing of the clothing, the shipping issues, duties and taxes were just too much to handle. I wouldn't necessarily recommend making a purchase from here if you're located outside of Australia, but it's not a scam website and you'll eventually receive your order. Just be prepared for some hefty charges upon receipt.
