paranthans cargo, kuwait review: shipment not delivered.

We had used paranthans cargo service on 20th may 2015, for door to delivery of our household items and furniture, as we were moving out of kuwait . They had collected 48 cartons from us, and our goods were to be delivered within 2 weeks. We were using their air cargo service for door to door delivery. 41 cartons arrived after 6 weeks and half of the items in the carton were damaged. The cartons were wet and torn, as though it was left in the rain for a very long time. We have clicked the pictures of the damaged items for proof. 5 of the cartons have not arrived till now. When we contacted their office in kuwait, they were very indifferent towards the case and they have washed their hands of any commitment towards their customer. They are not willing to comment on or compensate for our losses. The worst was that they wouldn't even apologize, for their service failure. Since we have already left kuwait, we are not sure, how to raise a complaint or raise our concern. Kindly help.
