Such a Very disappointing experience
Oven shattered on its own while cooking dinner. Luckly my small babies weren’t around it otherwise it could have caused a catastrophic injury. I called to request for a repair and I was given an appointment date for the 27th of December.
When I called whirlpool the day off they did not Know about this appointment and told me they will make another one for January 9th.
On the same the guy turned up and said he was here for a repair but there was issue with the insurance.
I then waited for the 9th of January who someone called and asked about insurance and I was told they couldn’t come that day neither.
I continually asked to speak with the manager but I never got a call. Instead I just kept receiving a text rescheduling my next repair date.
They finally gave me a repair date of January 15th between 12-3pm but no one came. Until someone called at 4pm saying they were outside.
Instead of replacing the door, They then “repaired” it but it looks very tacky, horrible and bent at the ages.
To make matters worse they left their junk boxes outside in the floor and left.
This is such an absolutely ridiculous and I need someone to explain to me what went wrong.
I will never in a million years would get Whirlpool or advise anyone against it.
