My Credit Card was charged in full $903.32 at booking time. I don't understand why.
My mother passed away on Dec. 10/ 2022 and after the funeral and related issues, I have changed my flight and did not have a reason to be in Poland any more.
I have returned can to the vendor on Dec. 20, 2022, but no refund was offered for the remaining period of my rental agreement. I had 20 remaining days in rental that I would like to get refund.
The refund should also apply to the insurance I have paid through your company partner.
Additional charges to my credit card were made on Dec. 16, 2022 posted Dec. 17, 2022. in Amount of $84.01. What these charges are for?
