My wife and I just completed a complete remodeling of our master (main)bathroom. It was a complete job and it went FANTASTICALLY! Pacific Bath and their team were the most skilled, hard working professionals we have ever had in our home ( and we have had many). Im giving 5 stars to Pacific Bath. They are very much customer focused and professional. However, Im giving zero star to the company as a whole. I was very disappointed with the service. I was under the impression that I was hiring a high end company after signing the pricey contact and impressive presentation. But I was very much disappointed with the experience. The other employees and the contractors are not customer focused and professional.

I'm pleased with the remodeling Pacific Bath did. I now have a new bathroom that is better for my mom. And I'm greatly pleased with the plumber that did the work. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do the job. He was punctual, professional and talked with me instead of at me. He took his time in explaining what he was doing and even showed me. If all the employees at Pacific Bath are like him, I'm going to have them do my other bathroom.

Excellent presales experience with Pacific Bath representative who was quick to respond to any questions and made great recommendations as we worked through the choices. John and Mike, the installers from HFB (not contractors) showed up on time and did an excellent job. Amazing that the final install looked just like the 3D mockup drawings that the representative provided so I knew what to expect before the purchase. No surprises and the three baths I had done all look beautiful. Highly recommended.

Great Experience! Salesman was thorough, respectful, and patient. He took extra time to answer questions and the quoted price was what we paid. The installers were courteous, personable, and conscientious. They took extra care when moving bulky items to and from the bathroom and left the areas they worked in clean. They went above and beyond by even pointing out a couple of other issues they noticed that need attention. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right from start to finish.

To whom it may concern: From start to finish, Pacific Bath made the process of converting our tub to shower a very easy and worthwhile experience. Home improvement projects are normally filled with hiccups and endless delays, but that wasn't the case with Pacific Bath! The entire transition was smooth, seamless, and painless. From the initial call to the estimator, Pacific Bath, to Sarah in the office as coordinator, to Mike and John the installers, this project went very smoothly. The install was clean and efficient, with the tear-out being kept clean and complete. Sarah was extremely helpful with getting us set up, Mike was prompt with communications and Mike and John were obviously very experienced, as the job was completed in one day as promised. All in all, a GREAT experience with Pacific Bath. I will recommend them without hesitation.

Although there were supply chain issues which delayed the installation, the final result was well worth the wait. Our installer, Ciprian Mates, was great. He took care to protect our home while working, cleaned up after himself several times and let me know what he was doing every step of the process. There were a couple changes required along the way, but Pacific Bath made everything work and the adjustments enhanced the project. The magnetic hand wand with the adjustable spray works better than we had expected. All in all, this has been a very successful transition. Bottom line, we love the shower!

The experience was the worst I ever had. The sales person did not tell me the full cost/did not measure correctly which resulted in more work needing to be done. Pipes had to be moved on an existing shower, a custom pan needed which resulted in 4 week delay. what was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5 days with a 4 week delay. I felt that this was a bait/switch experience as I did not get the shelf unit I had picked, additional work/costs were done like ceiling panel not included in estimate.although I did receive a discount on this, All in all I think the sales person could have done a better job by measuring to prevent any additional costs that I had to accrue.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the process of getting a new shower. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The installer team was the best hands down! They were friendly, very precise, made sure I was happy with everything from start to finish, and went above and beyond to make our dream bathroom come true. Couldn't say enough good things about this whole team. The apprentice kept cleaning up, and we had a video team come to film our bathroom from start to finish. They were so friendly and nice also. The plumber and electrician that came were so nice and answered my questions. I will be calling them again for another bathroom remodel. The product and staff are top notch!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the first consultant who was scheduled to come to our house never showed up and never called to say he would be late or couldn't make it. The second consultant who came was very knowledgeable and gave us specific product recommendations for our specific shower needs. The installers, John and Mark, who put in our shower were very professional from start to finish. They answered all my questions during the two days they worked here and also dealt with all our concerns. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They even hosed off our driveway before they left! Our shower is absolutely gorgeous! John even came back to fix a gap I noticed after he left. I give these installers 5 stars plus. They are very professional and also very friendly and nice.

My experience with Pacific Bath was fantastic every step of the way. John, my sales rep., was very knowledgeable about the products and had great suggestions regarding maximizing space and enhancing what already existed in my bathrooms. After we met, I felt very confident in the design choices and in the decision to hire Pacific Bath. Kohler's lifetime warranty and superior products also gave me peace of mind. Installation took place this week; I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Mark and Sarah, the installers, were professional, friendly and absolutely blew me away with their expertise in plumbing, drywall, electrical, and carpentry. They knew how to do everything! They even put up with my barking dog and two flights of stairs. I whole-heartedly recommend Pacific Bath.

Wow! Such a GREAT experience! If you are considering a bathroom project, I highly recommend Pacific Bath! The installers that came to work on my bathroom were amazing! Bo was there both days as the lead on the project. He took great care to make sure that every detail was done to perfection! John and Sarah also both were excellent! It was clear that they all knew what they were doing, worked hard and did not cut corners. They also were respectful of my home and cleaned up everything afterwards. My bathroom seriously looks amazing! I got a full bathroom remodel which included the wet area, new flooring, new toilet, new vanity, as well as new light and fan. Every detail turned out great! My new Kohler shower is SO BEAUTIFUL, and SO MUCH more spacious! The Kohler shower walls are gorgeous and not bulky like my old shower liner. The shower door, walls, fixtures, the colors and placement are a work of art! Beautiful design work and consulting by Mark. He provided guidance and helped me pick out every detail to create my dream shower! Huge thanks to the entire Pacific Bath team!

The installation of converting the tub into walk-in shower in our four-bedroom home was quick. It could have been done in a day but the contractors wanted an electrician to come by to make sure it was safe to do their work after seeing an electrician conduit behind one of the walls. The contractors and electrician were friendly, and talked to us about the progress. We felt comfortable having them at home and felt that they would do a great job. The walk-in shower turned out Pinterest-worthy. Three things that I would point out is that we need another door handle, and someone is coming to address that in a couple of days. The other two is the quality of the caulking; it could have been done more neatly, and there are nicks on my ceiling from moving the wall panels into my small bathroom. I was already planning on repainting my bathrooms so I was not quite upset. Definitely more expensive but everything was included, there is a lifetime warranty on all the items, quick installation, and the option for 120 months to pay off using a financial service they partnered with. Overall, happy with the experience.

I think I got snookered by Home Forever Baths. We paid way more than was necessary. They have a sales force that is very well trained, and the target market is us old people. It seems they train the sales force a lot better than they trained the demolition guy and the plumber. The demo guy broke through my walls into the bedroom and the closet of my vintage, historically significant, apartment, requiring whole new walls to be built there.The plumber made an error that we decided to live with and move on. But youd think they would study the project plans before doing the job, wouldnt you?The sales guy was here for four hours. I had a little voice nagging inside that felt like the time I was suckered into a dating service just after my ex moved out. When I tried to cancel during the three day remorse window, they talked me back into it. It was a complete failure. I should have listened to that nagging voice. The guy who did the rest of the bathroom, an independent contractor, said he could have done the whole bathroom including the shower for a lot less money. And a lot less aggravation.I told these guys I was satisfied, but really I just wanted it to end.All I can think about the glowing reviews is that those people live in newer homes with larger, more contemporary bathrooms than mine.

They just finished installing a new shower for me...finally! They promised a 2-3 day turnaround. The first shower they installed was of such poor quality workmanship THEY HAD TO TEAR IT OUT AND START ALL OVER. With delays and a wait for a new shower unit, it was SEVERAL WEEKS before I finally got a quality product! My house was a total mess for three weeks. They sent a worker to my house to start taping and sanding drywall at 5:00 pm and expected me to accommodate him. The drywall taping and mudding was of such poor quality that they had to come back three times to sand out the imperfections and it still wasn't quality workmanship. They asked to use my vacuum cleaner to clean up their messes and plaster dust. I had to totally tear apart my vacuum cleaner to clean the unit and filter from all the plaster dust. I guess it's cheaper to use your customer's equipment rather than invest in a shop vac. The workmen were NOT QUALIFIED! Obviously these people think hiring cheap unqualified workers is the way to make money. And...what I paid for this wreak of a job was totally exorbitant! Do not use this company. I hire this company because their product is manufactured by A REPUTABLE BRAND which I know is a quality product. But quality products mean nothing when you have unqualified installers! Unfortunately I didn't check ComplaintsBoard.com before I signed a contract with these people. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com website afterwards and found out they have only been in business for one year. Frankly, I don't think it's been a year. I think they just started up this company. That's the impression I got. They were so unprofessional. "
