I gotta say, I was pretty dang happy with the service I got from Oxi Fresh. They were right on time and got to work on my carpets right away. And let me tell ya, those carpets were lookin' pretty rough before they got there. But after they were done, they looked like new! I was so impressed that I told all my neighbors about 'em. And you know what? They were just as happy with the service as I was. So if you're lookin' for a good carpet cleaning company, I'd definitely recommend Oxi Fresh. They know what they're doin'!

I gotta say, I tried out Oxi Fresh for the first time yesterday and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn happy with the results. Charlie, the guy who came to clean my carpets, was a real pro - he got the job done quick and made sure everything was looking spick and span. And let me tell ya, my carpets have never looked better! Even the stairway, landings, and closets are looking fresh as a daisy.

But that's not all - Charlie also cleaned my big ol' chair cushions and they look like they just came out of the store! This place has been a vacation home and seasonal rental, so you can imagine how much use those cushions have gotten. But now they look brand spankin' new.

One thing I really appreciate about Oxi Fresh is that they're environmentally friendly. They don't use a ton of water, which means everything dries super fast. And that's great news for anyone with allergies - no more musty, damp carpets to worry about.

All in all, I'd say Oxi Fresh is a real winner. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning service that's efficient, effective, and eco-friendly, look no further.

I recently had the pleasure of using Oxi-clean on a summer home that I recently purchased in South New Jersey. The house was completely vacant, so there was no furniture to move around. When I arrived, I met the guy who was going to clean the rugs and I stayed out of his way. I was impressed with how quickly he finished the job and commented on it. The rugs were still wet when he left, but I assumed that they were clean.

However, when we finally moved into the house last week, we were shocked to see how dirty the carpet was. We don't wear shoes in the house because we believe that shoes are dirty, so everyone must take their shoes off at the door. Despite this, our feet were black from the carpet. I immediately called the company to report the issue, and they said that they would give the owner the message and that he would call me back within two days.

I waited for three days, but there was no call back. I called again, and the girl on the phone apologized and said that the owner was busy but would call me back in two days. However, it has been over a week, and I still haven't received a call back. It seems like the owner doesn't really care about unhappy customers or customer service for that matter.

Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's a shame because I had high hopes for them, but they let me down. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that other people don't have to go through what I did.

I've been using OxiFresh for a long time now, and I've always been happy with their service. However, my most recent experience with them was a real letdown. My dog had an accident on the carpet in our family room, and I immediately called OxiFresh to come and clean it up. The technician who came out told me that it might be difficult to remove the stain, but I was hopeful that they could do it.

After treating the stain and doing the protection and deodorizing, the technician left, but the stain was still there. I was disappointed, but I thought maybe it would fade as it dried. Unfortunately, it didn't. I even made several appointments with carpet retailers to replace the carpeting in that room, but the estimates were ridiculous. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I used some foam hand soap and white vinegar in a spray bottle, along with a brush, and after three applications and absorbing the spray with white paper towels, the stain was completely gone! I was amazed that I was able to do it myself, and it made me question the quality of service that OxiFresh provides.

I'm not sure if they need to hire more knowledgeable people or if they need to improve their cleaning products, but I won't be using them for my carpet cleaning needs anymore. It's such a shame because I've had such good experiences with them in the past. I just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone who uses OxiFresh to be aware that they may not be able to remove tough stains like they claim.
