Outrigger Vacation Club Travel Club review: Deceitful travel deal offerings

My complaint is a duplicate of all the previous complaints that I've read - This company is very deceitful in how they rope you in, promising the best prices for all travel. We had a lapse of clear thinking and foolishly joined the club. After giving it a second thought, we called and tried to get our money back, but were told 'too bad, No refunds.' We were told that because we wanted to cancel the membership, that we didn't have to pay the monthly dues unless we wanted to use the service. We never used the services 1 time; however, we did receive an invoice and a delinquency notice for several months following. When we went online to see the vacation packages available, the prices were no better than what we could have done on our own without having paid them an exuburant amount of money. Therefore, we never used the services.

Now, years later, I am receiving letters saying that I owe back dues for their services -- which were NEVER provided. They said we "recieved services by way of weekly and twice weekly newsletter discount travel offerings via email" --- we NEVER received 1 email. They said we "were billed at least three times per year by U.S. mail, with no response;" and that they "called dozens of times as a courtesy." --- We NEVER received a letter of a call. Letters just started this year, no call was ever received.

This club is a SCAM and I do not want any part of it. I wish to file a class action law suit with anyone who is willing.
