I have ordered several items from OshKoshBgoshc website and it took forever to get my order! They said I'll get it within a week or two, but it actually took over a month!
I contacted customer service many times regarding my order status, but they were absolutely unhelpful and useless. They were not able to tell me anything. I'm really glad that my order did show up and everything was ok with it, but anyways, I will never order from them again! They are highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Couple of weeks ago, I have ordered from the website www.oshkoshbgosh.com. I placed the order and got the confirmation email, where they asked to wait for the confirmation email with the tracking number. Couple of weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any response or tracking number. All my emails and requests of the order info were sent to nowhere, because I didn’t get any reply. The worst company and services.
I bought some clothes for my daughter from the company www.oshkoshbgosh.com. The prices were small; therefore I decided to buy from them. Also they offered free delivery. I placed the order and paid around $150, but the seller added $5.99 for the delivery. I was confused a little bit, but I paid, because I really loved the clothes. After I tried to contact the seller and asked why they have charged me, but no one replied. So, be careful and be ready to pay for the shipping.
I recently used the website www.oshkoshbgosh.com, but it was the last time, when I bought from them. I was so disappointed, when I got the order from them. The dress was too large for my daughter and the blouse didn’t look as on the website. The design was completely different. I tried to return the order and get money back, but the seller refused and spoke with me in horrible manner. Not recommended website. Don’t purchase from them.
