I ordered a part online on 10/19/2023 Thursday. They would send an email stating I could and pickup the part estimated 1 hour. I waited for 2 hours still no email, so called and they said nothing was ordered. I asked them to check if it was under my wife's name and it was, I have the account not my wife but we used her credit card. Well the employee who was helping said to me "ok mr._____, you may come and pickup the part whenever you're ready." I asked if my wife needs to be there, he said "no." ( I should of ask his for name)

I decided to go the next day 10/20/203 Friday. Female employee didn't know how to locate it, so she called Jamieson and he acts like he knows everything. Well the part is retrieved then they tell me my wife needs to be there. I explained what was said to me yesterday but won't give the part. Yes I did get angered of the situation and cussed. I decided to leave before it got out of hand. That's when I believe the name of the employee was Travis, he says to me very cocky, he clocks out of work at 6:00 pm and says to meet him outside that's in 10 minutes to settle things. I just leave and then I get a call a 6:05pm from the oreillys store. Decide not

to answer. I go online to oreillys website, I noticed thatis said the part was picked up.

That's a complete lie. So now I wasted my time, didn't get the part and lost money because it said I picked it up. How could I picked it up when they saidmy wife needs to be there. Maybe I should of called the cops for the threat he made.
