This company got my credit card information from my Paypal account and posted fraudulent charges of around $285.00 to my Mastercard. Fortunalely Mastercard denied the charges and called me to report the fraud. I then had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I did not order any merchandise from this company. SCAM-FRAUD-WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They also operate under many other names. Redhill, redcat and many other clothing company names.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
March 2013 submitted an order for 4 tops. Total order $138.66 (paid tariff, taxes and shipping. Received within a week. 3 of the 4 tops were not at all what I ordered. Been trying to get $$ back since then. Purchased through Pay pal (another rip-off). Phone calls and faxes sent to these losers went unanswered. Finally talked to a "customer service rep" - rude and unhelpful. Their shipping address for International orders, which I guess I am as they are in the US, is over in ENGLAND! What? Well I returned them to the address on the packing slip in the US which cost me another $21. Now I'm out $158.66 plus they have the merchandise back. Pay pal cancelled my dispute because according to them I was advised of this England address (I wasn't). So it's been 3 weeks since they've had their merchandise back and no contact. Emails sent by me get no response. I'd hire a lawyer to get this money back but it would cost more than this is worth. Hard, expensive lesson to learn here. Wish I had researched these loser organization before I ordered!
