Oneida Flatware - Amsterdam pattern
Purchased Oneida Flatware Amsterdam Pattern in February 2023. Purchased at Home Goods Store in Sarasota, FL...2 months later..April 2023 ..Flatware especially knives are rusting in the grooves of the pattern. I am so very disappointed in this flatware...Poor quality ...tried to call company and they are closed...even though it is within hours of supposed calling.
Desired outcome: refund or new silverware.
Delivery takes forever
I ordered three items from them two months ago but received just one.
I called them several times to figure it out, but they were absolutely useless and not helpful.
I think that the items were lost because it's just crazy that the delivery in the US in the 21st century can take such a long time. I would understand it if I ordered something from China, then yes, it would take forever, but this story with two not delivered items just makes me feel terrible.
Paid $15 for shipping and it hasn't been shipped
Placed an order, website shows order as processing, for 6 days. After four days called customer service and was told items were being shipped that day or the next.
On day 6 told it was on the dock waiting for pickup. Paid $15 for shipping and it hasn't been shipped. Asked for refund for shipping, customer service said they will email an answer to that request, maybe today or tomorrow. I will never order there again.
I purchased 3 sets of Countess 45 Piece Everyday Flatware- 209.00. no way can anyone penetrate a piece of meat with that fork. ONEIDA refuses to accept return without original packaging. BAD TASTE in my MOUTH. Never again will i purchase another oneida product again.
